I was more than pleased with the service I received before purchase and the support i got during assembly. The unit fitted together like a jig saw puzzle with all the parts marked. All the parts fitted as you would expect. In one instance where I couldn't fit a component I received an email with drawings showing how to get over the problem. Well done conservatory land!!

I was very impressed from the first contact with Conservatory Land ( no heavy handed sales pressure). When I went to Mansfield to see the manufacture of the product I was very impressed with the attention to detail in the build quality and the way they catered for my needs.
I like DIY but now retired I enquired as to recommended builders, and was recommended Darren Woolley. Well from the day Darren came round to give an estimate I never looked back and from the start date to completion just took four days. Needless to say I was very impressed and the finished product was better than expected.

The conservatory part of our project is now complete and we are delighted with it and the service that ConservatoryLand gave us. Will was very helpful (and patient) all along the way and with his advice we were able to get to the final design relatively easily and painlessly. I felt a site visit would have been helpful, but appreciate this might be difficult on a national basis, but fortunately we live close to their headquarters so were able to go to see them a few times when required. It is a large conservatory (24ft x 12ft) so I could not have done this myself, but our builders had it up in about 8 days. There were a few minor problems but ConservatoryLand were always available on the phone with advice. It arrived bang on time, fitted together fine and we feel was good value for money.

From the moment I contacted ConservatoryLand I knew I had chosen the perfect company to make our windows. They were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and not once pushy in sales. Even when I contacted them regarding drawings I didn't fully understand they were explained to me in a way I did understand and were grateful that I did ask them rather than just leaving it. We wanted a unique summerhouse for our garden of a conservatory type and after searching online for a company that could supply such a building Conservatoryland provided a design and price that we liked.
We also travelled to their showroom and factory in Mansfield and were impressed with the examples on display and the quality of the materials. As a result we placed an order with them.
The design team at Conservatoryland were exceptionally helpful in putting the final touches to our requirements and a final model was agreed upon. Delivery took place on the agreed date and I helped the driver unload a substantial amount of material of the component parts of our conservatory/summerhouse.
I found the instructions for building our conservatory/summerhouse somewhat daunting but fortunately I had enlisted the help of my neighbour, a retired builder, who had a better understanding of construction than me.
The design team at Conservatoryland were very helpful during the build, if we had any queries they replied promptly to our questions.
The quality of the conservatory building materials are very good.
Now that we have built it our conservatory/summerhouse it looks absolutely stunning, my wife is 'over the moon' with it and is looking forward to enjoying spending time inside there during the Summer and Autumn.
On a separate point I would advise anyone considering having a conservatory or summerhouse built to first check with their local council to ascertain whether planning permission is required. Because we live in a conservation area we had to apply for planning permission, which luckily was granted
I found the service superb and back- up if I had problem 10/10.The only tip I would give if you have a box gutter to fit, at that point, fit your corner union gutters on , as once you fit your roof and glass its very, very difficult to fit the union corners. Quality is amazing, purchasing was very easy, delivery was on time and no holdups.

Fantastic service and quality of materials. Very impressed with my new 3m by 5m lean to which looks stunning. Installed the conservatory ourselves using the steel base which made the installation easy. It took 5 days from start to finish for one person. Have installed an electric wall hung heater which heats the conservatory brilliantly and now spend all my time in the conservatory. The instructions are difficult to follow but overall am thrilled with my conservatory. Thank you x

Everybody at Conservatoryland have been fantastic , from the design stage , Adam Deller was great , nothing was too much trouble.
It arrived on time , the delivery driver was very helpful taking all the parts down the side of the bungalow to the installation site.
All the parts were delivered and the Installation manual was very comprehensive.
Our Installers were able to fit the conservatory over a long weekend , the base was already in position.
Overall much better than I had hoped!!!
Very easy to deal with, plans were straightforward to measure up. Conservatory went up easily, everything fitted and the instructions were excellent.

We wanted to replace our rotten wooden conservatory but keep our exsisting floor and brick walls. Conservatory land were fantastic sending a surveyor to measure up. Dave also gave me some good tips for construction. The units arrived on time the drivers delivering were very good. The frames and doors are good quality , we had a few issues which the guys at conservatory land sorted out. The back up service was great. The instructions provided were good and easy to follow. The finished conservatory is excellent quality as good as any of the big window and conservatory companies but half the price. We are more than happy and would 100% recommend Conservatory land.
A lot of thought had to go into the details of the conservatory ,I decided to have colourer glass at the top some of the glass saw to transparent and one red tulip had a white streak running through it so replacements were sent out and all was good. Putting up the conservatory took app 4 weeks and drilling holes into the base frame was one of the hardest parts to do the instructions were easy to follow so no problems there ,as for the delivery no body phoned me to let me know when they were coming luckily they arrived at 8 am any later I would of not been in ,the end result everything is perfect just as I had expected it to be, but be warned we are good all rounder's on DIY and this had to be the hardest project yet

Delivered on the arranged day by Billy who was a real character and had some useful tips regarding installation.
Most of the installation was done by a builder and it all went smoothly(apart from some torrential rain storms interrupting!). Some neighbours popped round after a few days and were very impressed how it had started to take shape so quickly and are now are very impressed at the finished article as are any friends who come round.
The conservatory has been up for a year and a half now and we are just as pleased with it now as we were when it was first built. If we ever moved and needed another conservatory I would be straight back on the phone to ConservatoryLand.
I went to the factory and had a consultation with the technical team. This helped me to understand what I needed to do about measurements etc. I was able to talk to the team, regularly, if I had any queries. Having the metal adjustable frames under the conservatory floor was a boon as my home is raised a couple of feet above ground level. The end result is fabulous.
Instructions were easy to follow. The product was delivered on time and to the correct specification. Very helpful staff and I would highly recommend them. I will be using them in the future.

Excellent product, very impressed with the accuracy of machining and moulding, all comes together very well, even single-handed (recommend buying a couple of Wilko 6 inch speed clamps at £4.99 - invaluable) apart from the very heavy double glazed roof panels - get help with those.
A few issues with the manuals, there seem to be 2 or 3 versions floating around and very confusing trying to find which bit applies to the product you bought. Recommend you read them very well and any questions you ask before starting. Technical help is not always on the other end of the phone when they are busy.
I managed to link mine to an existing lean-to porch, brilliant!
On balance, now it is finished (took nearly 3 months as we had horrendous weather after delivery!!), very pleased. warm and draught free unlike the old one I demolished. Not a big one at only 10 x 8 but very useful extra space.
The delayed payment scheme is excellent, even if you choose to settle up once you are happy or within the 12 month breathing space. It gives you extra protection under sale of goods if you are a bit nervous and the finance company is excellent with an easy-to-use web site with clear balance and options to settle or pay bit by bit.
This was my first ever project of this kind so initially I had concerns about taking on the self build but conservatory land made it really easy for me. From the ground works to the finished product I was able to do the whole build by myself with just a couple of calls to the technical department at conservatory land for advice.
After finalising the design I was amazed how quickly the manufacturing process was and had my conservatory delivered less than a month later. It has been a long time since I have dealt with such a professional company as Conservatory Land, I had initial reservations because I had to do my own measurements but Conservatory Land checked and rechecked all the information and then sent me detailed plans for me to check. This gave me back my confidence to complete the sale with them. The quality of the components was way above my expectations and after a lot of studying of the information supplied I found the actual build quite easy, the biggest problem being the weather. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I was originally contemplating replacing a Wickes DIY Conservatory with the same again. Our old one had served us well, but was now over 18 year old and needed updating. While I was looking for a replacement I cam across ConservatoryLand, and used their Website to get a quick quote. I fed all my details onto the site and was given a quick quote. What impressed me the most was a curtesy call from the company to ask if they could be of further assistance. I discussed my requirements and were given a number of options. After each request I was sent an digital copy of plans for the Conservatory, all through this, which must of been a dozen requests, nothing seemed to be a chore, all requests were met with a professional response and advice. After agreeing on a style that suited me, an Edwardian, 3 meters x 3.2 meters, along with a Conservabase (Metal Framed base) and glass roof, all components arrived at the agreed date and time, with the delivery driver placing the parts where I requested. He also checked through to ensure all parts were there and undamaged, the glass arrived separately but with the same service.
On assembling the Conservatory, the plans were reasonably straight forward, but I would recommend reading through fully before you start assembly. A couple of the assembly tasks need to be carried out in a set order, which may not be in order in the assembly guide. The assembly does require help when fitting the units together and installing the glass roof.
I cannot praise the company enough, through initial contact, plans and guides along with way. Total support. I've now got a first class Conservatory, that would have cost twice the price, if not more if I had had it build by a building company. Excellent service from start to finish.

Conservatory land were very helpful in our purchase. Visited their offices and factories and really happy with their professionalism..A top quality conservatory , really good value for money saved us around £12,000 compared to other competitors. Easy to understand instructions. A lovely addition to our house. Have recommended to my nephew who bought one back in June and now my daughter is also going to purchase one .
I found all the staff at Conservatory Land to be extremely helpful. I had a planning application refused but Conservatory Land refunded all my money . They then honoured the original agreement when I had permission granted. When it came to designing the conservatory, the designer helped to improve the original design, increasing the size of the windows by lowering the transom bars. He also designed it so that a fan could be installed. A friend who is familiar with conservatories said the design and quality of the product was very good. My family and I are delighted with the finished article as it has given a new perspective to our house.
Service and quality was excellent, thanks to Dave Boot who supplied endless advice in the process.
My only criticism was the installation brochure which I found hard to understand in parts. I would suggest a separate brochure for hipped conservatories.#
My Mother decided to have a small square conservatory built on the back of her bungalow and discovered the Conservatory Land Advert through reading through some Sunday supplement magazines. She discussed it with myself and also her builder as she wanted to find out our opinions. We both thought it sounded like a good deal, so she went ahead and contacted this company.
She explained that her builder would be the person to deal with the order and gave his name and contact details. He drew up plans with measurements and all the required things for the construction of said conservatory. and sent these off. despite being told that he was the person to contact, the company kept contacting my mother (soon to be 80) who had to refer them back to our builder. This was quite frustrating for both my Mother our builder. There seemed to be a definite lack of communication all the way through the process from ordering to delivery, I feel that this really ought to be a much more efficient process!
We were also lead to believe that following the payment of the deposit, the balance would be paid on delivery of the materials....this did not happen. The final balance was demanded before we had even had a sniff of a delivery date.
Delivery date arrived after a small delay of a couple of weeks, thankfully our builder lives literally across the road from my Mother, because the lorry turned up and the driver expected someone to help him off with all of the materials! If the person is an elderly person how are they to be expected to carry heavy articles? This needs to be stated clearly that two strong individuals will be required to unload.
The instructions were missing from the boxes and we were told we could get them on line...not helpful. Finally the builder sourced the wall insulation and installed insulation materials under the conserva base as it was far cheaper to purchase this himself than to pay for these from the company.
The finished product however is perfect for my Mother, and she enjoys sitting out there every day. It has given her a nice bright extra space where she can entertain her friends, and a place where she can sit comfortably enjoying the sun without getting cold.
I have always desired to build a conservatory and the opportunity to do this at a discounted cost came up when I saw the internet advertisment for conservatory land.
I had already received quotes from Anglian and another company and the value for money, with conservatory land, was the key factor in making my decision.
The other reasons were that I did not have to dig up much of the foundation.
All the materials to build the conservatory were provided and the technical support was excellent.
The build took me longer than expected and I relied on some professional help to raise the structure, which only really took a few days. Much of the cost was on doing the interior (materials: insulation, wires, plaster boards, panelled flooring, venetian blinds, lights and labour) but despite all this I kept the total cost to between £12 and £13,000.
Looking through the conservatory as I write this review, it was well worth it.
The next stage would be to put up ceiling blinds, but this would be done at a time when I can afford the extra spend.
I am a 75 year old DIY enthusiast, and I really enjoyed the experience of the build. The instructions were a bit vague at times but a quick call to the factory and things were put right. The quality of the conservatory is first class inside and out ,my wife Sandra is so pleased with the finish. Well done consevatoryland

Having fully reviewed the Conservatoryland/Conservabase web site and reviews we made the decision to go ahead and purchase. Working with the design team, they did several drawings for us at no cost or obligation, so that we could decide which or our ideas would be best, Pricing and finance options were clear. We finally opted for the P shaped Edwardian with dwarf walls, a side door and frontal bifold doors, all erected on the Conservabase. The delivery was right on time with deliveryman very helpful in showing how to store items. Everything was well packaged, and numbered for opening order. Construction was pretty straight forward with good technical backup and advice whenever we needed. What really made the day was the very accurately sized components with very good and tight tolerances. Neither myself nor my local builder had ever experienced this type of construction before but with patience and support; the end result is absolutely amazing! Thank you Conservatoryland for both your product and assistance from Richard Singleton and Dave Boot.
I initially contacted conservatory land to compare quotes and was presently surprised their quote was extremely competitive So I decided to send them a scale drawing of the rear of my bungalow indicating the position of the conservatory. The planning department returned scale drawings and a firm quotation within a few days, after a number of adjustments and quite a few questions regarding the glass types, doors etc I decided to place an order.
Delivery was about 6 weeks, the conservatory arrived on time followed by the glass later the same day.
I started digging the foundations for the pads that support the steel frame prior to delivery so as soon as the materials arrived I made a start, the instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the materials were much better than expected. The basic rule when erecting the conservatory is take time to ensure at each stage that every part is level both vertically and horizontally. It took me 3 weeks to complete working on it 3 to 4 days a week.
If you are reasonable at DIY then I would suggest building your own conservatory with the help of conservatory Land is both satisfying and more importantly you will save a great deal of money. I ended up paying 50% less than the same offered by one of the national conservatory suppliers and the quality was better.
I would recommend Conservatory Land to every one who needs a top quality DIY conservatory. I am 90 years old and erected it on existing dwarf brick walls in 4 weeks in very adverse weather conditions, with some help from my 66 year-old Daughter, in March/April 2016. This period included the lead step-flashings, which took a week on their own. The design team at Conservatory Land were extremely helpful, and we have used our conservatory constantly come rain or shine for the past 15 months.
We used a lean to conservatory design to make a small porch over the back door, the guys were very thorough with the specification and final drawings and the finished article is great.
We went for a active blue glass roof and it looks a million dollars, so much better than that creaky old poly carbonate.
we have a much bigger conservatory to build next and I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. I wish though that they would offer a fitting service for bigger projects.

My wife and I decided to do a project together and save some money so looked at self build conservatories. We were disappointed in our research as there seemed to be kits from DIY shops or on-line kits with little real information of what you would get, until we came across ConservatoryLand with its video of construction and details on various elements of the structure. We had serveral ideas of what we might like, but were not sure. ConservatoryLand did some drawings for us (at not cost and no obligation) so we could decide, we even changed the dimensions, their design team were very helpful. The conservabase looked good, but we decided against it only because I was going to have to do a lot of digging out anyway and footings would not have been much more of a dig, and we wanted a three quarter wall, so we can,t comment on conservabase. The conservatory arrived as two deliveries on the booked date, the roof glass (we had the blue glass) came directly from the manufacturers, and the deliverymen were very helpful getting everything on sight and showing how to store items. Everything was well wrapped and numbered for opening order. The instruction booklet covers all types of construction, so you need to go through and highlight the bits you need. Construction is straight forward and any questions we had were answered straight away and followed up with emails with photograph close ups of what we need to do. The conservatory is up and watertight. The roof glass panels are numbered and go into particular frames. The glass is heavy so we had friends round to help. (We made sure the glass went in before the beer and bbq was provided). We enjoyed the project, although we have to finish the interior floor and walls, but we are using the space already. We can recommend ConservatoryLand for their help and friendliness, the finance packages are good too.
We love the conservatory and saved about £12,000 going through conservatory land compared to other companies who do the installation themselves. Would definitely recommend them. We received great service from them and its a excellent product and great value for money too.

Bought a Conservatory from ConservatoryLand. Help and advice was readily available from the beginning to the end. Materials supplied were of very high quality. My Conservatory design is superb and catches the eye. It was a good decision to buy from ConservatoryLand, looking at the finished product. We came out with a beautifulConservatory, which we are very proud of.The Technical Team was readily available during putting up the Conservatory. So, we were never left alone and stuck. The service provided was excellent all round. I strongly recommend ConservatoryLand to anyone. They are really good and professional in their dealing with customers.
Adding the conservatory was a part of major works we had in our house (3 new bathrooms, walls taken out, new walls put up, new flooring throughout the ground floor, new kitchen). We always had plenty of living and dining space but the conservatory was planned to be a further relaxing zone, possibly for the kids to do their homework while meals were being prepared. We have always eaten in the garden when the weather has been warm enough and although our garden remains a work in progress it is a zone that brings us all together.
Our dining table had been planned to be in the large kitchen that we had just renovated, with relaxing seating going into the conservatory. Being south facing we didn't think we would ever sit in it for any extended periods of time.
How wrong we were!
Our table has been put into the conservatory as this area was completely free while work in the kitchen continued. And it hasn't moved out! It has become the place that we all sit, kids come home from school come and sit round the table and tell us about their day, friends drop round and i ask shall we sit in the living room and they always answer no lets sit in the conservatory. Our eldest daughter wanted a whole class girlie sleep over and some how we managed to get 13 12 year olds in there for the occasion! (not much sleep with all those girls chatting)The active roofing has meant that despite being South facing the conservatory never gets too hot. We love that it just feels as though we are in the garden. Once this year we have sat out in the garden and half way through our meal we got up and came into the conservatory. We hardly use our living room now.

Our building team were able to install the conservatory with no problems. We had been quoted prices up to £55000: and at that price it remained out of our reach. What we ended up with was well within our dream experience – a good quality product, from a UK supplier, with full on support and a budget end price that does not do the whole product justice. Compared to all the other trades we had to deal with in our renovation project ConservatoryLand were the easiest to deal with, gave the highest quality product and at a price far far beneath the quality we received!

Nowadays, it is heartwarming to find a company that puts less emphasis upon selling but more upon offering the best possible service, quality product and at the most competitive prices possible. Having researched a number of other companies,I could not believe the considerably higher quotations that I received from them for virtually the same conservatory. Conservatoryland appear to be committed to ensuring that they identify your needs and then 'wrap' the whole process of design, fabrication and delivery around that.
To complement this, their entire staff, from receptionist to technical are always friendly, knowledgeable and keen to ensure that you receive the advice or information that you need and I always felt that it was done with a 'smile'. I cannot think how many times over three Conservatoryland 'builds' I have sought their help and have always returned to the site well equipped to move on.
The 'proof of the pudding is in the eating' - A great product, a great team and at a great price.
We had a part of our patio which we rarely used (about 3m X 3m) and as it faces South we thought about building a conservatory on it. However a complication was that we still needed access to the rear garden so it could not be square. After seeing an advertisement for Conservatoryland I sent them a diagram with measurements and they very quickly replied with a quote and a plan.
I was very surprised that they could design it to meet my exact needs and dimensions so I went ahead and ordered it.
I can't recall how long it took to arrive but there was no urgency on my part and there was no problem.
On arrival I realised that it was extremely complicated to assemble but one great thing was that the construction instructions were tailored exactly for my conservatory. This made it all quite easy.
The base was very simple to put together with easily adjustable feet to ensure that it was perfectly level. This meant there was no time consuming levelling of the patio. The framework and windows were quite straightforward to assemble - the roof was quite difficult just because of the height. However I was supplied with a very good plan on how best to do this - again tailored to my conservatory . I had a poly roof as it was cheaper and this certainly helped construction as it was so much lighter than glass and it didn't matter if I dropped any of it!
There were a few problems on the way though! One of the window cills had been cut upside down which was a bit confusing ! Also I trimmed something incorrectly and needed a replacement. In each instance new parts arrived very quickly with no quibble and no charge which was fantastic service!
I would highly recommend this company . They supplied a bespoke design which consisted of several hundred parts and supported this complexity extremely well.
We often use the conservatory and say that it is the best extension to the house that we have ever had- particularly when we listen to the rain on the roof.
Also there is a small unexpected bonus - it keeps the adjoining kitchen and dining rooms a bit warmer. We have a temperature sensor inside and outside it is always warmer than outside.
We wanted to increase our leaving space and also feel we were in the garden.
ConsevatoryLand were very helpful from the initial contact, placing of order and during the build.
The conservatory kit was delivered on the date and time as planned.
This was the first time we as a family had ventured into building a conservatory. Found it to be more of a challenge than expected, however enjoyable. During the build we needed some minor clarifications and found that the Technical team were most helpful.
The end result was we have a conservatory that we can use all the year round.
All of our neighbours and friends are envious of what a lovely high quality conservatory we have and cannot believe that we as a family built it and the price we paid.
We are delighted with our 3.6m x 2.7m Georgian style conservatory. Our basic conceptual ideas were fabricated by Conservatory Land to our specifications, offering excellent quality and value.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and any queries which arose concerning the construction were dealt with quickly and efficiently allowing us to continue our project with confidence.

Firstly I would like to thank Conservatory Land for an excellent product the quality of which is superb.
I took down an old conservatory and it was like comparing chalk with cheese, our new conservatory oozes quality.
To be sure the build was a little complicated due to the shape of our house but I must say that every challenge we came up against Conservatory lands Technical team talked us through it.
I work all over the country and popped into the factory and you can see where the accuracy comes from it was clean tidy and very technically modern I was very impressed.

From the initial enquiry of their brochure to the delivery of the conservabase and conservatory, they were most helpful in all aspects and nothing was too much trouble. Delivery was on our specified date and the driver was excellent stacking all parts safely until ready for our builder to put together. Conservabase fitted by myself, with the help of my son.
Our builder most impressed with the conservatory, as this was the first one by Conservatoryland he had fitted. This company come highly recommended.
My project is unique in that I used ConservatoryLand materials to put a 'hallway' on to the front of my house, where the front door used to open directly into the lounge/stairs. Callers used to be able to look straight into my front room and there was always a battle to prevent the dog and cat escaping whenever I opened the front door.
I am 70 year old and I built my conservatory myself using ConservatoryLand supplied materials. The only assistance I needed was to enlist the help of a 75 year friend to hold things in place whilst I screwed and fixed things and to lift the glass panes into place in my glass roof. I used the CONSERVABASE so the construction was extremely simply and I completed the job from start to finish in just over two weeks. I have never worked in the building trade (I am a retired office worker/salesman) so the technical instructions supplied and the fantastic telephone help line were enough to enable me to complete a great project that was up to professional standards. I receive regular comments about how great it looks.
The quality of the material exceeded my expectations and all sizes were perfect so that everything fitted first time. They supplied ample screws,, fittings, etc., so that I did not have to waste time trying to source these from DIY stores.
When I placed my order in June 2015 I was concerned that I would be going on holiday at the beginning of August 2015 and if it arrived later than anticipated I would be up against it. I needn't have worried because the delivery service was first rate and it was so easy to assemble that I was able to go on holiday safe in the knowledge that everything had been completed successfully.
I contacted this company about a 4metre by 4 metre Edwardian conservatory in October last year I looked at reviews which all seemed fairly reasonable and, initally the staff were helpful and friendly. I paid a deposit and waited for my conservatory to arrive having got someone else ready to erect it. All went well until the delivery day by which time had just made the final payment(8k). But when the team started to construct it we realised that there were several issues.
1. one of the windows was missing and they took over a week to send it out which meant that in December we had a gaping hole in the side of our house covered with plastic sheeting.
2. two windows were cracked one of which they still havent replaced.
3. the very expensive " conservabase" was too short for the actual conservatory space and we have had to pad it out with bits of wood.
4. They blamed us for all of these issues, took the money and ignored our calls.
What looked on the surfice like a great deal turned out to be a nightmare.
