Build quality: 5/5 Instructions: 4/5 Truthfulness: 1/5 Love our conservatory, and as non experienced people we had this up within 3 days, the build is excellent The instructions were missing quite important information, we had to lay it out on the grass to understand where certain parts go, when I asked for a specific instruction, I got sent a really good detailed version, which made absolute perfect sense straight away, I asked for the full PDF document so if I'm stuck on anything else, I don't have to wait 24hours (not including weekends) for a response, I was refused , literally made no sense On their website it says We will match ANY price on ANY website, I got 4 quotes, averaging £2500 cheaper, they refused, even when provided the proof of quotes I also received 20% off Flash sale via email .. I was refused, which I find utter stupid Would I recommend them, yes because the build is genuinely fantastic, but I also think they're stupid for advertising offers and promises they don't even comply with
