ConservatoryLand

I was originally contemplating replacing a Wickes DIY Conservatory with the same again. Our old one had served us well, but was now over 18 year old and needed updating. While I was looking for a replacement I cam across ConservatoryLand, and used their Website to get a quick quote. I fed all my details onto the site and was given a quick quote. What impressed me the most was a curtesy call from the company to ask if they could be of further assistance. I discussed my requirements and were given a number of options. After each request I was sent an digital copy of plans for the Conservatory, all through this, which must of been a dozen requests, nothing seemed to be a chore, all requests were met with a professional response and advice. After agreeing on a style that suited me, an Edwardian, 3 meters x 3.2 meters, along with a Conservabase (Metal Framed base) and glass roof, all components arrived at the agreed date and time, with the delivery driver placing the parts where I requested. He also checked through to ensure all parts were there and undamaged, the glass arrived separately but with the same service. On assembling the Conservatory, the plans were reasonably straight forward, but I would recommend reading through fully before you start assembly. A couple of the assembly tasks need to be carried out in a set order, which may not be in order in the assembly guide. The assembly does require help when fitting the units together and installing the glass roof. I cannot praise the company enough, through initial contact, plans and guides along with way. Total support. I've now got a first class Conservatory, that would have cost twice the price, if not more if I had had it build by a building company. Excellent service from start to finish.
