We wanted a unique summerhouse for our garden of a conservatory type and after searching online for a company that could supply such a building Conservatoryland provided a design and price that we liked. We also travelled to their showroom and factory in Mansfield and were impressed with the examples on display and the quality of the materials. As a result we placed an order with them. The design team at Conservatoryland were exceptionally helpful in putting the final touches to our requirements and a final model was agreed upon. Delivery took place on the agreed date and I helped the driver unload a substantial amount of material of the component parts of our conservatory/summerhouse. I found the instructions for building our conservatory/summerhouse somewhat daunting but fortunately I had enlisted the help of my neighbour, a retired builder, who had a better understanding of construction than me. The design team at Conservatoryland were very helpful during the build, if we had any queries they replied promptly to our questions. The quality of the conservatory building materials are very good. Now that we have built it our conservatory/summerhouse it looks absolutely stunning, my wife is 'over the moon' with it and is looking forward to enjoying spending time inside there during the Summer and Autumn. On a separate point I would advise anyone considering having a conservatory or summerhouse built to first check with their local council to ascertain whether planning permission is required. Because we live in a conservation area we had to apply for planning permission, which luckily was granted
