It was the second time we had work done by polar windows. (IE) new windows in conservatory bedrooms and bathroom. The two installers were brilliant and very good on detail plus very clean. We ordered around £10,000 worth of Windows from this company, they gave us a delivery date for them to arrive on site, they never arrived, we had two guy's waiting for them on site all day, after we phoned polar Windows they said they don't know we're they are, the next day they told us they had been damaged so would have to wait 1 week whilst they were remade/repaired. 1 week later the same happened and they just never turned up, again with two guys waiting on site for them to arrive. After promising us multiple delivery times and dates they still never arrived. When they finally decided to bring our windows and bi-fold they would only do it last thing of the day when it was getting dark....we refused to take them in the dark, they said they'll deliver at dinner time but then all of a sudden they were 'running late' just in time when it was getting dark. We finally had enough so decided to drive down to there depot to find out what was going on. They took us to see our windows and bi fold. They were absolute crap, horrific, i have taken pictures of them, they had holes in them and then just filled with a sealants, big scuff marks all over them, every corner in the Windows the cream film was pealing away. I wouldn't of had them if they was to give them away...i sent pictures to the manager and he agreed there were very poorly made, so I asked for 100% refund, they think it's fair to keep nearly £1000 of our money for the rubbishy they are trying to sell...now we have to go to the small claims court. I thinks it's a joke that I should even have to fight to get my money back..
We had storm damage to our conservatory, Polar designed and implemented a replacement (not a simple task) and did an excellent job. From quote to completion they were easy to deal with and we will recommend them with pleasure.
THE ESTIMATE WAS COMPETITIVE AND THE FITTING WAS DONE WELL WITH MINIMUM FUSS ,BUT WITH DUE REGARD TO THE NEED TO AVOID DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY.
Happy with the product that Polar Windows provided, but the after sales has been terrible. Lots of passing the buck and no actual response to the problems we encountered. The contractors who fitted the windows were pleasant, but a little bit messy. Not overly professional, but they did work hard. Have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a response to my initial feedback

Came and fitted soffits and fascia's to house. Fitting team were excellent and did a very professional job. Spend a lot of time and effort in getting it done right. However they were hampered by the job assessor not picking up that the boards were of an asbestos type and thereby need special suits for there removal. Would still use them again.
I had a door which was less than 2 years old and it wouldn't lock I needed a new lock an it took them 4 days to repair it after having 3 failed attempts to fix it where no one even bothered turning up to the agreed time and date ,
I also had some new windows 2 months before this happened and one of them was leaking really bad , also was a day late to fit my new windows too ,what a joke, chambolic
2 bay windows and 1 flat small window.Salesman was very good,of smart appearance and sold the job.Was told 2 days for fitting.Took 6 days with no phone calls to keep me informed.I had to chase them.They weren't punctual.They worked through when here but were messy.Had to provide bed sheets for dust covers in the end because had no dust sheets.Had to provide new picture railing as they lost original.In to much of a hurry to get to next job.Why was that more important than mine.Work started June 6th and took 6 days.Happy at the moment with the product but would not recommend the service at all.
Replacement windows in half the house, new front door and replacement sealed units in other half of the house.
Workmanship very good with exception of one window wasn't delivered to right size and had to wait a further week for the job to be completed on that window. Would also have been good if the patching in on my white rendering had been painted as had to employ someone else to come and do this is the hard to reach upper areas which was an additional unexpected cost.

Prompt and courteous service from Salesman. Conservatory is in the process of being put up right now. No complaints so far, would recommend Polar Windows.
The project was good and well understood by your salesman. He was punctual, well mannered and did not over sell. Although we have not decided on having the work done at this moment in time, the overall price was slightly out of our price range.

New front door, excellent workmen both polite and curteous. Arrived on time, in early mid January.
We had french doors fitted just over a year ago. When the fitters arrived the weather was awful they fitted the doors with no fuss. They arrived the day & time that was arranged & the quality of the workmanship was superb. I would recommend them to anyone.

Disapointed with part of service, the glass panel I ordered for the door I was later told it would not fit had to choose a differant panel.
Day before fitting was due told short on fitters and a new date rearranged.
Fitters were absolutely brilliant.

I have just had 8 windows, 1 set of french doors and 1 composite front door fitted by Polar Windows. The fitters were well mannered and polite. They were extremely clean and worked very hard throughout the two days, not even stopping for lunch! The replacement of windows was not an easy job but they managed to complete it in 2 days. The end product is amazing! I would recommend this company to anyone. They were the cheapest quote providing an excellent result. Well done, Polar Windows!
