Cliffside Windows

Recently had my facia,soffit and gutting replaced and cannot recommend Cliffside enough. Superb work by the men who did the work too.

We have been always extremely satisfied with Cliffside, starting with the friendly and helpful office staff , the surveyor and all the fitters involved in the three separate works we have had done. The after sales service is efficient and second to none. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others ( and have done so already to our neighbours)

What a delightful company! Can’t recommend them enough! Everyone was lovely from Jody who organised the job to Dave who did the fitting. So friendly but very polite and respectful. We needed an ornate door panel removing and a plain door panel with a cat flap fitting. I rang yesterday afternoon and by 10am everything was fitted. My mum had them do work last year and couldn’t praise them enough which is why we rang them. Thank you so much!

We had the facias, bargeboards, soffits and guttering of our 50 year old house replaced by Tom and Mark (both second generation roofers) who did an exceptionally neat and professional job. They tidied up at the end of each days work and were very respectful of our house and garden. It was a pleasure to have them working on our house. Because of extensions to the rear of the house, the garage, a shed and a greenhouse it was not easily accessible and we needed scaffolding all around the house which was a considerable expense but worth every penny as Mark and Tom could easily access what they needed to in safety and comfort. I would recommend Cliffside, Mark and Tom wholeheartedly.

My new windows were installed today and I couldn't be happier. They were installed by a great guy, Simon,. He was excellent in his work ethos and experience. The windows look brilliant. I highly recommend this Company and intend to use them again in the future

New fascia’s, soffits, guttering and refacing of Dorma window. Fabulous service from Suzanne, John, Tom and Mark. Tom and Mark worked tirelessly and tidied up every night before leaving. They even went that extra mile to try and avoid my newly laid lawn. Which was greatly appreciated. Great job well impressed. Would highly recommend with no doubts. Thanks Guys 😊

We have just had new windows and patio doors from Cliffside Windows Ltd. This Company we’re efficient from start to finish from initial enquiry, first measuring, survey and installation. The installer on the day was first class, was polite and friendly and very good at his job. He left no mess whatsoever and you wouldn’t have known he had been there. All old windows and doors were taken away, can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for a job well done.

We are delighted with the soffits, gutters, downpipes and cladding that was completed on our house last week. We needed them to do the job at this time to avoid nesting birds which they were happy to oblige and indeed encouraged The surveyor did a most efficient job. They arrived on time as planned. Tom amd Marco were fabulous. They worked so hard in the cold and did a fantastic job. We have received so many compliments already. Both installers work so very hard, cleaned up after themselves - most polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to have them working on our property. Would definatley recommend them. Excellent standard of customer service both pre and post installation. The sash windows look fantastic , work perfectly and are totally in keeping with the period style of our property. Shaun, the surveyor, has been very helpful at all stages and we feel that his friendly and informative manner should be noted as this has added to our positive customer experience.

Cliff side windows completed 2 jobs for me this month. There were a few questions about the original quote but these were quickly picked up by surveyors. The real positives were the fitting teams both were excellent and a pleasure to have around even if I had to buy a new jar of coffee after they finished!

We have just had our remaining windows, doors, French windows, guttering and facials replaced, after having some windows replaced over 7 years. We have been very pleased with the results and the standard of work. All the fitters were first rate and a credit to any company.

Contacted Cliffside windows two weeks ago for a new back door, the whole job has been completed in a very professionally and timely manner. Very impressed with this company, excellent quality, very efficient nouthing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this company.

We had a sliding patio door fitted in our house and were surprised by the extremely reasonable quote supplied by Cliffside (approximately £1500 versus over £11,000 for basically the same thing from Everest!). We were helped out in our decision making by having a wander round our showroom and they bent over backwards to install our door before our baby arrived. The quality of the door and the installation are both superb, and the door certainly looks like it cost us more than twice as much. I would not hesitate to recommend Cliffside to absolutely anyone.

A great local company who fitted all the house windows in 2004 to a high standard so we used them again for our conservatory in 2010. Recently used them for repair and minor maintenance issues, first class after sales service with friendly efficient tradesmen and approachable office staff. They also appreciate customer loyalty. I had all my windows, doors, fascias and soffits in my bungalow replaced last year by Cliffside windows. From start to finish the company ensured all the work was completed to an excellent standard. using quality materials. It made such a huge difference to the look of my property that when I’m in my front garden, people who go by the house go out off their way to tell me how good the house looks. Cliffside responded immediately when a couple of minor things needed doing as they take pride in maintaining their good reputation and ensuring the customer remains happy. If you want a first class job and peace of mind, then I highly recommend this company.

It must be two years or so now since Cliffside replaced our fascias and guttering. Prior to that they'd fitted a new window and two doors for us. All of the work was done to a very high standard and everyone from the company was professional, courteous , helpful and friendly. John was our main contact and did an excellent job. If we need any further work in the future we will not even think about talking to another company - we will go straight to Cliffside.

From initial contact through to fitting, they were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was no fuss, salesman Phil came and measured windows, gave us a very brief overview of the windows and how they work, then sent us a quote. They did not hard sell, there was no pressure, and the price was sensible. Furthermore, we felt well looked after because we wanted leaded/coloured glass top windows to match some original windows that were being retained, so we got a bespoke design. Fitting was also hassle-free, with no mess to speak of. Also a local company, which benefits the local economy.

Conservatory fitting From the initial meeting and phone call to the company you got the feeling that you were going to be looked after properly, no false prices and then massive knock down, The salesman Phil explained everything to us nothing was a problem. All the staff from the very top proved to be excellent at what they did, advice was given at every stage which we were glad of as had never had a conservatory before and that is was fairly large at 6x3 M we did not want to mess it up. A site visit from John and Factory manager, Stuart to measure up and impart much valuable information and to fit the proposed structure to the bungalow as best they could. Now I am one to complain, a lot in fact, but there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The finished conservatory is brilliant, described by friend as palacial . "If you want the best fit Cliffside!" The builder came to put in foundations and dwarf wall on time as agreed, the fitters put in the glass parts on time as agreed

When we lived near Lincoln we had extensive work carried out by Cliffside. The first class service and products we had then, encouraged us to ask them for another quote on our new house, considerably further away than the old one. Initially we only needed a new back door and one window, and part of the deal was bump locks for the new back door and existing front door. The door and window were fitted to the high standard we expected from this company, alas, the bump locks did not arrive however, within a week or so new bump locks had been delivered and fitted. I have nothing but high praise for this company and their workforce. Thank you Cliffside.
