We had a total refurbished kitchen and a partial refurbished bathroom, both we completed to a high standard. We had work done by other local contractors in the past and the workmanship performed by the guys at Designed Interiors was to a much higher standard. Money well worth spent. Various Projects & Professional Advice I have had a number of projects carried out by Designed Interiors, at several properties over the last 12 years. We have always enjoyed working with Gary Parnham and his team. Whilst only a tiny business perhaps compared to others my experiences have always been positive. Last month I had some minor home improvements carried out and these were dealt with efficiently, and cost effectively. I am now looking forward to a new German fitted kitchen which I have ordered and have no qualms about recommending them. February 21st 2015

I was very happy with the work the Designed Interiors carried out on my flat. Both the work on the bathroom and subsequently the fitted kitchen were carried out to a very high level of quality. The small spaces, high ceilings, Georgian architecture, the strange way that rooms have been divided in the conversion into a flat made the design and installation of both the bathroom and the kitchen difficult, all of the challenges were met with ingenuity and enthusiasm by the designer and the fitters. The finish of the work is of the highest quality and I would like to thank you for way you dealt with the small niggles post-installation. I am very happy with the work as is evidenced by the fact that after the bathroom was fitted I asked you to fit the kitchen a year later as I knew you would do a quality a quality job. We would highly recommend Designed Interiors @ 23 Queen Street, and in fact have! Our dealings stretch as far back as 1999. Over the years, hey have fitted a new kitchen and remodelled our bathroom. More recently when we had an extension built on our property, Designed Interiors were our first choice for the fittings, plumbing and the flooring. Everything was done on time and at the price quoted. We were most impressed in how clean and tidy they were. We are happy with the entire job. The team worked very methodically, protected the floor area with boards etc. and did an excellent job of cleaning up as he worked. The wardrobes themselves look great - everything fits well - so a good job all round. Design & Turnkey of new Fitted Kitchen project I just wanted to reiterate my husband's comments that we are absolutely delighted with the kitchen. More importantly, we have been very impressed with the level of craftsmanship & commitment of the fitting team, they are all a real asset to your company. They turned up when they said they would, they worked solidly throughout the day, doing everything they could to minimise disruption to us and our neighbours, they cleaned up at the end of every day, they were always pleasant and polite and took a real pride in their work. Your carpenter in particular was amazing, he came up with suggestions/solutions to every obstacle, thinking of the end result and the satisfaction of us, the client, rather than taking the easiest route for the him. For instance, his work-around for the flyboard over the extractor was wonderful, and in my opinion enhances the overall effect. He tolerated our interruptions and accepted the little modifications we requested with patience and good grace although wasn't afraid to say if he felt they were not practical or wouldn't work for whatever reason (and was always right). We couldn't have asked for a better team to work on our house and would have no hesitation in recommending your company in future. Please pass on our thanks to the team. 4th March 2014

I am still waiting after 10 months . for my fitted wardrobe doors to arrive and to be fitted , paid in full, so I'm not happy with them ! (may 2013 )

Work on my recently fitted kitchen had been due to start in mid April 2013 with the deposit having been paid in early March, however the date was later rescheduled for mid May. This delay was apparently caused by overrunning projects and staff illness, both of which are understandable, but would have been known for longer than the one week notice I had been given. My 2 week project ballooned into 12 weeks (24 weeks if you include the wait for the electrics to be signed off!), made up of several weeks waiting for the work surface plus a gap of 4 weeks between the 'finished' job and the back being fitted to the under sink cupboard. Having chosen the work surface in February, the slab of stone was not actually ordered (from Spain) until after the units were installed in May. I do appreciate that the units need to be in situ before a template can be made, but the product should at least have been in the Country, especially as there had been a 4 week delay on the start of the project. Although the stone work surface was sub contracted, there should have been some communication between Designed Interiors and the stone company to ensure that once the template had been taken there would be no major delay. I was eventually promised that the work surface would be installed on the morning of Monday 8th July and that the rest of the work would also be completed that day. I was ready and waiting from 8 am, but no one came. I expected a phone call from Designed Interiors at 9 or shortly after, but no one rang. I phoned them at 9.35, to be greeted with the standard answer I had long become accustomed to; "I was just about to phone you"! It transpired that my work surface could not be fitted that morning as it was not ready, but it would be fitted first thing on the Thursday morning. The tradesmen from Designed Interiors turned up in the morning but not the man with the work surface who was apparently stuck in traffic, although it was not the traffic that prevented him from getting to me, as he was going to another job and hadn't intended to be with me until 2 pm! The project was almost finished on the 11th July barring the back on a cupboard! I also had to remind them about the electrics on 17th September and sent a further reminder on 2nd October and yet another on the 12th October and in the afternoon (these things cannot be rushed) of Monday 14th October, I had an email saying that the electrician would be organised. On 3rd November 2013 the project was eventually finished with the electrics finally being signed off. I have given Designed Interiors a 2 star rating as I am very pleased with the design, the kitchen and the quality and care of the various trades people who were punctual, courteous and tidy. It was Designed Interiors project management and communication that was unbelievable, as there was neither of either! I note that they have now dropped the name 'Designed Interiors', but if that is the only change, nothing will have improved.

We are delighted with our bathrooms! S and R's loft extension looks amazing indeed and just to let you know Mrs. K at number 12 has been to look at our bathrooms and was very impressed!
