I have always desired to build a conservatory and the opportunity to do this at a discounted cost came up when I saw the internet advertisment for conservatory land. I had already received quotes from Anglian and another company and the value for money, with conservatory land, was the key factor in making my decision. The other reasons were that I did not have to dig up much of the foundation. All the materials to build the conservatory were provided and the technical support was excellent. The build took me longer than expected and I relied on some professional help to raise the structure, which only really took a few days. Much of the cost was on doing the interior (materials: insulation, wires, plaster boards, panelled flooring, venetian blinds, lights and labour) but despite all this I kept the total cost to between £12 and £13,000. Looking through the conservatory as I write this review, it was well worth it. The next stage would be to put up ceiling blinds, but this would be done at a time when I can afford the extra spend.
