I contacted this company about a 4metre by 4 metre Edwardian conservatory in October last year I looked at reviews which all seemed fairly reasonable and, initally the staff were helpful and friendly. I paid a deposit and waited for my conservatory to arrive having got someone else ready to erect it. All went well until the delivery day by which time had just made the final payment(8k). But when the team started to construct it we realised that there were several issues. 1. one of the windows was missing and they took over a week to send it out which meant that in December we had a gaping hole in the side of our house covered with plastic sheeting. 2. two windows were cracked one of which they still havent replaced. 3. the very expensive " conservabase" was too short for the actual conservatory space and we have had to pad it out with bits of wood. 4. They blamed us for all of these issues, took the money and ignored our calls. What looked on the surfice like a great deal turned out to be a nightmare.
