We are delighted with the quality of the new windows and their installation.The existing wooden window frames were attached to the plasterboard window surrounds as well as being integrated into the outer brickwork.This made their removal very challenging. Each wooden window frame had to be carefully removed in sections. Clive from AWC did a first class job in their removal and the installation of the new windows. I had anticipated that I would have some remedial work to do on the bathroom tiles and bedroom wallpaper in view of the difficulties described. However this has not been at all necessary due to the high quality of the installation work.Kieran Mitton was very helpful to us in making our decisions on the details of the window design we chose.Thank you so much to all at AWC.

We have been incredibly pleased with the quality of the workmanship of the windows and the professionalism and tidiness of the installers - nothing was too much trouble. We are more than happy with our windows and were very pleased to have chosen Vika and AWC.The only issue we have had is with some misinformation / lack of communication about lead-in times and installation dates (we were initially promised a 4-6 week period between order and installation but this gradually crept out to nearly three times this). But to be fair to the AWC directors, once they were aware of the situation they were very understanding and we managed to work something out.

AWC came up with a design for us that had to take into account strict planning guide lines and comply with current building regulations. As soon as planning was granted work began two weeks later, the building was completed very quickly and really very little disruption to our daily life's. I was expecting to making endless cups of tea and dirt throughout my home, however this is far from the case !! All the AWC staff are polite, courteous, punctual and really tidy !

The communication between office, suppliers, installers and customer was often confused. The left hand did not always know what the right hand was doing and conflicting, or lack of messages occurred when things did not run smoothly. The finished job was highly satisfactory and all was well in the end.This would not impact on my recommendation of AWC to others.
We would like to say that we could not find any fault on them installing our windows and patio and can highly recommend them.
Protected the window ledges when istalling sealed units. Excellent and impressive showroom and service there.
All the windows, front cladding guttering fascias and soffits were replaced in April 2013 and it has given the house a new look .The fitters never stopped and left everything spotless.
We are looking forward to having our new front door fitted in August 2013 by the same fitter (Wayne).
From the initial visit in the showroom Paul (salesman) has been available and a great help during all the process.
We would highly recommend AWC, very professional and good value.
Work carried out was the replacement of 3 windows at the rear of our property.
We are very satisfied with the workmanship and the removal of debris.
The workmen were punctual and courteous.
Work was carried out on 8 April 2013.
We will definitely use the company again when we require the windows at the front of our property to be replaced.

Had all the front of the house replaced , windows and composite door. From placing the order to the work being started the company kept me informed at each step of the way . The lads that did the fitting did a fantastic job , cleaned up after themselves and left each room as they found it . I cannot recommend this company highly enough , and would definitely use them again. Thank you for a great job .
