ConservatoryLand

My project is unique in that I used ConservatoryLand materials to put a 'hallway' on to the front of my house, where the front door used to open directly into the lounge/stairs. Callers used to be able to look straight into my front room and there was always a battle to prevent the dog and cat escaping whenever I opened the front door. I am 70 year old and I built my conservatory myself using ConservatoryLand supplied materials. The only assistance I needed was to enlist the help of a 75 year friend to hold things in place whilst I screwed and fixed things and to lift the glass panes into place in my glass roof. I used the CONSERVABASE so the construction was extremely simply and I completed the job from start to finish in just over two weeks. I have never worked in the building trade (I am a retired office worker/salesman) so the technical instructions supplied and the fantastic telephone help line were enough to enable me to complete a great project that was up to professional standards. I receive regular comments about how great it looks. The quality of the material exceeded my expectations and all sizes were perfect so that everything fitted first time. They supplied ample screws,, fittings, etc., so that I did not have to waste time trying to source these from DIY stores. When I placed my order in June 2015 I was concerned that I would be going on holiday at the beginning of August 2015 and if it arrived later than anticipated I would be up against it. I needn't have worried because the delivery service was first rate and it was so easy to assemble that I was able to go on holiday safe in the knowledge that everything had been completed successfully.
