Just had our conservatory finished this past week with the addition of a sliding glass door between our living room and the new conservatory. If you are looking for value for money you can stop here to get a good quote. The workmanship done by a series of highly qualified men is second to done and the quality of the materials is really excellent. If you have a problem during construction your concerns will be met immediately so the service is also excellent. We are more than pleased and are looking forward to relaxing in the additional space overlooking our garden.
I got a couple of quotes when deciding to replace my original wooden doors and the old style replacement windows plus patio sliding door done in 1998. Derek offered a really good price. There was no hard sell like with some companies. He was helpful and patient when I was deliberating about style and colour - it's a BIG decision! Elaine in the office was friendly and ensured my messages got through with a return call. The fitting was carried out to a high standard by Alan and Daniel and made sure my carpet and furnishings were all covered up before starting the task plus cleaned up afterwards. Any issues were resolved quickly and professionally - like door manufacture sent the wrong coloured hinges for the front door.

We needed a new conservatory as the current one when we moved into our bungalow a few years ago was Un inviting leaking and looked tired and worn.we were keen to use a local company so when we saw previous reviews on omegas website thought we'd make enquiries. From the first initial phone call to completion was between 4 and 5 weeks and we are delighted.
We opted for all white and 4 way glass aspect roof. We were pleasantly surprised at the quote. The surveyor Derek asked what we had in mind, he measured up.there was no hard sell like the big national companies,no pressure at all. If we needed to talk to him Elaine in the office was efficient taking messages and he always got back to us. Alan and Dan the fitters were very good and worked very hard. One of the roof glass panes unfortunately was broken but a replacement was ordered made and delivered with 48 hours so was fitted same day as rest of glass. overall we would recommend omega lifestyle.

Omega lifestyles have just completed our fabulous conservatory, whilst it’s not huge the workmanship coupled with the attention to detail and finish could not be bettered.
From the builders who did the base, the installation team, the electrician, the plasterer, and Ian who checked everything , and not forgetting Elaine in admin the standard of work was superb.
We were expecting problems, but there were none, it was a pleasure to have these folks working at our house.

We have had replacement fascia/soffit/eaves roofline and guttering fitted.
All the existing materials were removed exposing the existing roof structural carcass.
We purchased approximately 70m of Fascia/Soffit/Eaves/Tile vented support tray-bird guard /Guttering from Omega Lifestyle (order number1557);
The external finish to the fascia is Rosewood and for the soffit a cream colour. The guttering is a dark shade of brown in colour.
The soffit was installed in what is termed a ” Dutch Style”.( visually as tongued and grooved planks)
The application is for a 1986-constructed Bradstone walling bungalow. The cream colour is a good visual match for the Bradstone. The cream colour also provides a visually pleasing effect to the underside of the fascia.
The soffit installation includes 20 penetrations for the exterior lighting, extract fan louvres, electrical cable routing etc.
The detail design / visual effect; of the completed roofline needs considered. This is only possible when the existing has been removed.
The Omega Lifestyle staff ensured both a practical and visually pleasing solution when the installation required such an approach.
The installation staffs are time served/honoured tradesmen with a wealth of experience enabling a successful installation to be completed.
Omega Lifestyle has achieved a good balance between both providing a satisfactory installation ( in accordance with the UK building Regulations) at an acceptable/reasonable mid range cost.
We are very pleased with the overall result.
The work was carried out following the initial release of the UK population from the coronavirus lockdown period. The three members of the installation staff performed their duties conforming to the UK governments social distancing and hygiene guidelines.

I have to admit, I am quite difficult to please when it comes to paying for work to be done to our house having seen my perfectionist father do many top DIY projects over the years; I have high expectations from trades people who do work for me. The key factors in my opinion were that the windows should fit well and be properly installed, to gain maximum heat saving benefit. To this end, the windows were measured by somebody with a background in surveying and then they were fitted by a fitter who was conscientious and took pride in his workmanship.
The process of getting quotes from 2 other suppliers (Everest and Anglian) was not something I would like to do again in the next 2 decades. I had the usual sales patter, starting off at prices which would buy you a terraced house 'up North', then offering huge discounts - and then further discounts as they had a 'promotion in our area' and I even had to listen whilst one chap phoned his sales manager to see if there was any more discount that we would qualify for. I am so surprised that some replacement 'windows & doors' companies are still employing tactics that they used 40+ years ago, it's insulting to be honest.
The initial visit from Derek at Omega was very brief by comparison to the other 2 companies and the quote followed shortly afterwards. There was no discounting or 'flannel', just the bottom line price. Simple. Derek kept us well informed on every step of the process.
Regarding the installation, there was little or no damage to the window recesses, just a bit of 'touch up' painting to do. The fitter Alan was very industrious and methodical, checking with a spirit level etc. We had a range of windows fitted, including a bay window and 2 sets of French doors. The beautiful windows have transformed our house, in particular our utility room looks really smart now and I am extremely pleased with the profile which allows so much light into the rooms. The doors close with a reassuring clunk, like a good quality car.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Omega Lifestyle, they have a quality product, it is fitted well and they are very competitively priced. We will use them again when we have an extension built.
Many thanks to Derek and his excellent fitters for completing our sunroom in these difficult times. This is the second job Omega have undertaken for us and we are impressed as always with the quality and standard of work. Highly recommendable.

With Derek and Omega those doubts were quickly overcome. From initial contact to job completion Derek was on top of his game. He managed to get our doors made and replaced under the very testing times of the current Covid crisis. The workmanship of both the products and the fitter responsible for the installation was exceptional. Nothing was to much trouble, communication was first class and as already mentioned the finished product is first class.

Installation of our conservatory has just been completed this week and we are delighted with the end result. It took longer due to the unprecedented times we are living through due to the Corona virus, but Omega came up trumps. The product is excellent as is the workmanship of the various skilled tradesmen that carried out the work, We recommend Omega who give value for money. We purchased 16 products from Omega Lifestyle ( order number 1554); comprising windows and doors from the Liniar range of plastic products ( probably the best product available in the market place ). The external finish was mahogany and the internal finish white.The application was for a 1986 constructed bradstone bungalow.
The financial deposit was covered by the deposit insurance ( remember the insurance form should be forwarded to the insurance company within seven days of deposit payment and forwarded by registered mail to ensure the insurance is valid).
We are very pleased with the installation.

Just had a Guardian roof fitted onto our conservatory which Omega fitted 12 years ago. The fit and finish of the roof are excellent and created an all-year round room.

I used Omega Lifestyle to install new windows and the doors and I am extremely happy with the outcome. The windows and doors have made a big different to the house inside and outside. Glad I went with the triple glazing as it has made a big difference to the noise coming from the main road.

Had a new door which looks great really pleased with the service and neatness of the work whilst fitting and the finish. However my only disappointment was the step the new door has as the previous door us to be flush with the floor making this easy access for wheel chairs this does cause us difficulty when my Mum visits as she’s in a wheelchair. Not very user friendly if you have a disability. looking at my neighbours new door the bottom is flush. But other than that I’m happy with the quality of the door at this present time.

It is usual to get web reviews complimenting the Company with which you do business when all goes well, but it is when there are problems that the true quality of a company shows. Our order was one of those. We ordered 2 sliding doors and 9 windows to replace the existing glazing and frames in late December 2016, effectively a totally new sun room. Early in January the fitters arrived with all the windows and doors which were fitted under the most appalling conditions of heavy rain, snow and hail. Unfortunately there had been an internal company error with the order, and a complete side of the sun room composed of three windows was not to specification. We were expecting problems rectifying this expensive mistake, but without any fuss or acrimony the windows to the proper specification duly arrived and were fitted to our total satisfaction.
As the seasons moved on and the angle of the sun changed, we were dismayed to see that one of the sliding doors had a three foot manufacturing flaw across its width. Again, expecting the worst, we contacted Derek by email with photographs, to be told that a new panel would be ordered. This arrived in due course and was fitted again to our total satisfaction.
As stated in other reviews, the quality of all workmanship was superb, nothing too much trouble for Paul, Ian and Craig the fitters, and Derek the installations manager.
I have no hesitation in recommending this Company if you want a good product installed well, and the confidence of exceptional after sales service should it be required.

Being new to the area, when I needed 2 doors fitted to our new house I did lots of homework and had several quotes. Had a massive job to be done, replacing 3 doors and 10 windows. Moving a radiator, and the turning of a large window into sliding patio doors and the making smaller of 2 windows. The entire job was completed in just 5 days, and the standard of workmanship was superb. The team are all very friendly and are more than happy to work around your requirements. About six weeks ago we were considering building a DIY conservatory to the extent of looking at products in situ, in the factory and getting quotes. We saw some good products. Before we committed to ordering, a friend suggested contacting Omega Lifestyle for a quote on a conventional build. This we did. Omega visited the next day and persuaded us that this was the best way forward. Omega designed a conservatory to meet our budget, and completed the build ahead of the time promised. We are very, very pleased with the whole process and the standard of the finished article. All we have to do now is tile the floor and put in the skirting.

Well part of my guttering had come loose due to a heavy pigeon and so I emailed two days ago on the off chance that they might be able to fix it . Today, Derek sent his team and it is now all fixed. There were no questions or issue raised, just a call to ask if it would be okay to send a team to fix it today, he even remembered who I was which was really impressive. So thank you Derek and your team, I will always highly recommend you.
I have used Omega Lifestyle before for my double glazing and doors. A salesperson you could trust and work with, they delivered on both the products and amazing service. This month, Omega Lifestyle installed one door and a large bi-fold door in our living room. I had my conservatory installed in November. Omega came up with the best price and design, I also visited the factory in Peterborough to see the product before buying. I wanted the dwarf wall of my conservatory rendered to match my white pebble dash bungalow but had to wait until June for the weather to be suitable for putting it on. They did it as promised and everything looks great. I had never heard of Omega and was nervous about using them but I needn't have been. Everything was done in a professional and courteous manner and I am delighted with the result. Everyone that has seen my conservatory has commented on how good it is. I am very pleased to recommend Omega.
I recently had all of my windows and my front door replaced by Omega Lifestyle. From the initial meeting with Derek, to the fitting (my poor fitters had to contend with unseasonably cold temperatures and constant rain for two days) and the after-care provided, I can not fault their professionalism, workmanship and customer service. I had already had a number of quotes and I almost refused the company to come out and quote. However I was glad that I did. Their quote was the best and it only got better. Omega Lifestyle has just replaced two side-panels in a large double-glazed multi-panel window which Omega installed , together with eleven others and two outside entrance doors, over 15 years ago.
Derek was the younger keen installations manager then.
I can't speak too highly about the quality and support this firm offers - nothing has changed in all that time; except of course their continuing product improvement.
The staff are still courteous as ever and the work was priced very competitively,carried out quickly and without fuss.

The Omega Lifestyle Ltd team have just completed the supply and installation of a 4.3m x3.0m conservatory to our property and we are really pleased with the finished product,their service was first class and the price was very competitive.

I had 4.5m Bi-Folding doors installed in a new extension I had built.
The quality of the sliding action of the doors is second to none, even though they are 900mm wide each.
The fitters were both punctual and courteous and very helpful in removing an old window i was struggling to take out by myself - this was not part of the contract for the doors!!
The work was completed very quickly and the fitters spent time with both myself and my wife, explaining the locking mechanisms, sliding (gliding) action, and also reassured us that if we felt they were needed back for any minor alterations, they would do so asap.
A pleasure to do business with and we will be using them next year for replacing our older, exisiting windows and door.
We have had all our windows replaced in stages by Omega Lifestyle and today, (8 September 2015) our front and back doors were installed completing our project. After the friendly and professional consultation we had with Adrian, we decided that Omega Lifestyle would be our best choice to build our dream conservatory. We had a very large conservatory erected on the back of house and then had them come back to create an annex between conservatory and garage.the men came on time when they said they would and worked really hard through very bad weather.

I asked Omega for a quote to replace my conservatory. They arrived quickly, provided me with a no nonsense offer which was fully documented and illustrated. Communication was clear and always responsive. Requested changes were accommodated without issue. A date was provided, much quicker than I had expected, and the Team arrived exactly at the agreed time and commenced installation. The installation Team was headed by a very experienced engineer who had been with Omega for over 17 years, so I felt more confident that I was going to get the benefit of his considerable experience. And so it was, the conservatory went up to schedule fully meeting my expectations, and the site was cleaned and tidied. Insurance documentation was provided giving me total peace of mind and I paid Omega fully satisfied that I had a good deal and a very professional service, from sales, administration and installation.

We had our 8 windows replaced by Omega Lifestyle last week. It took the 2 days they had told us it would so no problems with the fitting,. The service from start to finish was very good and no mess was made during fitting. The fitters even re -hung my vertical blinds for me and would not accept any extra payment. We are so pleased with our new windows and they are just as I requested.
We can now look forward to years of maintainance free, draught proof and quiet use as well as a much more attracive frontage to our house.

I contacted a number of conservatory suppliers for a quote and chose Omega, not only on price but on visiting the factory I was impressed not only with the guality of product but also the courtesy extended to me. My visit persuaded me that Omega was the correct route to take. Both Adrian and Derek made a promise that our installation would be completed by a specific date which was important to us and they kept their promise. The conservatory is superb and the quality cannot be faulted. The base builders and conservatory fitters did a great job, they left the place as they found it and I would not hesitate in using and recommending the whole team to anyone considering a project such as ours.
Replacement of existing conservatory - from first point of contact through the process of tendering, ensuring a quality product against a realistic price and satisfactory installation against six other competitors was achieved in partnership with Omega. Had a new front door fitted, prompted service from start to finish, one panel was marked on door and this was pointed out by fitter at the time of fixture. This was replaced within a matter of days and the finish inside was so good I had no decorating to do !!.

Design and build conservatory. From first contact, designer listened and interpreted our requirements very well. Designer was punctual, friendly and helpful and willing to share new ideas with us. Work commenced early March 2014. From beginning to final completion Project Manager, Derrick, planned and co ordinated the whole build. All the specialist trades met our expectations, all courteous, helpful, punctual and willing to accommodate our 'specific' requests. Workmanship very good., work safely done and they tidied up at the end of each day. We have already recommended Omega to family and friends and we just love our conservatory.

We wanted a large conservatory, but didn't like the prices we were being quoted by other installers. Omega came in with a much better price but I was a bit sceptical. I checked Omega out on the internet and visited one of their satisfied customer. I was impressed with what I found out and gave them the order. We were looking for a new conservatory. When the Omega representative visited he discussed options including replacing our existing wooden conservatory, which was tatty with ill-fitting windows and leaking on the bottom edges, but leaving the existing roof in place. The roof was in excellent condition and attractive.

We were looking for an extra room to be fitted onto the back of our house. This came in the form of an all weather glass roofed conservatory.
The initial quote was around what we expected to pay and was in actual fact cheaper than other firms for what we wanted.....great start!
