ConservatoryLand

My wife and I decided to do a project together and save some money so looked at self build conservatories. We were disappointed in our research as there seemed to be kits from DIY shops or on-line kits with little real information of what you would get, until we came across ConservatoryLand with its video of construction and details on various elements of the structure. We had serveral ideas of what we might like, but were not sure. ConservatoryLand did some drawings for us (at not cost and no obligation) so we could decide, we even changed the dimensions, their design team were very helpful. The conservabase looked good, but we decided against it only because I was going to have to do a lot of digging out anyway and footings would not have been much more of a dig, and we wanted a three quarter wall, so we can,t comment on conservabase. The conservatory arrived as two deliveries on the booked date, the roof glass (we had the blue glass) came directly from the manufacturers, and the deliverymen were very helpful getting everything on sight and showing how to store items. Everything was well wrapped and numbered for opening order. The instruction booklet covers all types of construction, so you need to go through and highlight the bits you need. Construction is straight forward and any questions we had were answered straight away and followed up with emails with photograph close ups of what we need to do. The conservatory is up and watertight. The roof glass panels are numbered and go into particular frames. The glass is heavy so we had friends round to help. (We made sure the glass went in before the beer and bbq was provided). We enjoyed the project, although we have to finish the interior floor and walls, but we are using the space already. We can recommend ConservatoryLand for their help and friendliness, the finance packages are good too.
