I reached out to Omega Lifestyle for our conservatory after seeing the work that they completed on my parents’ conservatory, and two of their neighbours’ properties, and I was very impressed with what they had delivered. Following my initial enquiry on the web site, Omega were very quick to come back to me and swiftly arranged for Derek to visit our home to assess our requirements, make recommendations and give us advice on how we could achieve a conservatory that delivered everything that we wanted. Within 24 hours of Derek’s visit, we had a quote offering us a very competitive price for the design that we agreed on. Once we had confirmed that we wanted to proceed with the build, we had a final visit from Derek to take the final measurements and sign the paperwork and then work commenced the following week. All of the materials were delivered in advance of the work starting and without any issue and when the work did begin, Jason and his team arrived before 8.00 am each day and dug the foundations and erected the walls within three days. The framing and roofing team were also scheduled in very quickly once the brickwork had been completed, and did an outstanding job to finish off the structure. The work that was done on the lead flashing on the roof was of a particularly high standard and is a testament to the quality of the trades involved. The electricians that installed the lighting and the switches were also excellent and were very accommodating when we asked for some additional work to be carried out. Jason and his team then returned to site to do all the internal plastering and apply the self-levelling compound to the floor on a bank-holiday Monday and, again, added a superb finish to the room. Jason has also been kind enough to provide me with a quote for laying the floor tiles down and, judging by the quality of all the other work that he has done for us, we will be commissioning him. As I write this review, I have just received the certificate of guarantee from Omega for all of the work that they have done, and we could not be happier with what they have delivered. Their speed, efficiency, quality of work and customer service have been second to none and we could not recommend them highly enough. They have been a pleasure to do business with.
