When choosing the perfect design it is very useful indeed to see what it will look like before we build it for you. We can come and photo your property and with your quote send several simulations showing variations on the style you prefer.
Mr & Mrs Norman are delighted with their new conservatory installed towards the end of 2013. They were originally going to have a pvc-u lean too style but decided to have a glass living room design for all year use and to add 5 - 7% value to their property. They decided to leave the walls brick rather than plaster them. This photo is taken shortly after installation. Mr & Mrs Norman are choosing a timber effect laminate flooring to compliment the bricks.
Ultraframe 4 season roof with soft coat glass and warm pillars turns an oven / fridge (depending on the season) into a comfortable room which can be used all year around.
We made a phone call to enquire about replacement windows and a new roof for the sunroom. Having a visit from the surveyor, listening to our thoughts and giving his advice without a hard sell at all. Showing us a sample of the roof and assuring us the sunroom would no longer be too hot in summer and too cold in winter. He took measurements and we agreed on the work to be done. He then phoned me later with the price for the windows and one for the roof. The contract paperwork was received by post.
The two fitters arrived on the pre arranged day. Removed the old polycarbonate roof and started fitting a very substantial wooden roof, fully sealed and tiled with plastic mock slate. The finish is superb and looks great, more like a room now than a glorified greenhouse. On a hot sunny day the temperature inside is very comfortable, not unbearably hot as it used to be. The old windows were removed a few at a time and replaced with the new ones. The quality is excellent with a bigger space between the two sheets of glass and what appears to be a much better and more secure locking system.
The trims inside and out are very neat and tidy.
The fitters worked extremely hard and were very friendly. They tidied up at the end of each day. The sunroom took several days to complete so materials and equipment were left in overnight securely locked.
The plasterers did a very good job on the sunroom ceiling, which we are also very pleased with.
The electrician fitted the new led lights and dimmer switch wired to the existing wiring, plenty of light at night and looks very neat.
We are very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. Many thanks.
