The window fitters were excellent. This proved to be one of their most challenging jobs and they were very professional. There were significant building structure issues (not caused by them) which they identified promptly and then arranged for a builder to visit and make the building safe.I would be very happy to recommend them and the builders.
The installation was more difficult than originally thought which the fitter dealt with expertly and efficiently - highly recommended.
We were impressed with the whole process , from the non-pressurising sales rep., through to the careful fitting of the edging trims by the fitters .

We are very pleased with the complete service offered from the beginning of the process with planning permission to the completion of the orangery. Everyone we met and dealt with via telephones or face to face were polite and helpful . All the work was carried out fastidiously with careand attention to detail . Rodda and Hocking who installed all windows and doors were professional from initial visit for quote by John, site visit for measurements by Dave and final installation by mark. I did not meet mark the installer but my partner did and mark,s work was fantastic and all done in two days. Amazing.

This time to replace our front windows.From the initial meeting with Steve Thomas, the sales rep, to completion of the work, we have both been very,very pleased with the service and product supplied. When we are in the position to replace our other windows we shall have no hesitation in using them again.
