If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company like the plague, for your own sake. Had a new door in Feb 2025, which developed a leak. To be fair they did attend twice this year, once to tighten the locking mechanism to try to get a better seal to stop the rain entering the property, this failed. 2nd visit same engineer said that the frame was bowed and needed replacing and also said that he felt the aluminum bar between the door and side glass panel may not have been fitted, and he would check at head office to see the original order and then return to check measurements. That was 19th February. Since then we have been calling and emailing to get an update and each time no answer - goes straight to answerphone. Messages left for an update each time but still no response. Door is still leaking and still no response! I have even message Britannia using their WhatsApp messaging service and used their Facebook but no responses. We have a 10 year warranty which is not worth the paper it is written on!!
