Heritage Double glazed sash windows fitted to back of property to reduce local building noise and recent heritage double glazed sash windows to front downstairs bay window to keep the cold wind at bay and improve security. The workmanship is excellent-the windows look like a cleaner version of the originals and were fitted with minimum fuss and mess. All we had to do was put the curtains back up! Everyone was punctual and courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. One project was done in April and one in December.

Love love my new windows. After having lived with my old sash windows - I was torn about having them replaced with affordable UPVC. I needn't have worried. My new UPVC sash are just as lovely as the originals and warmer! Bespoke did a fantastic job. The guys who came to fit were a pleasure and left the room as they'd found it. Bespoke Windows did a fantastic job of replacing my old 1970s window with an appropriate cottage-style. They are a pleasure to work with at all stages. They were polite, on time, carefully protected my house whilst the work was done, and have done a brilliant job. The new window has been a transformation. It makes the room prettier, warmer, quieter and lighter. I couldn't be more pleased, and would definitely go to them again.

My project was to replace all of the existing doors and windows, including a sliding glass patio door and front porch, in my 1920's house. The workmanship was excellent. The team were always punctual, tidy and courteous. They carefully moved furniture as necessary and covered carpets and furniture very thoroughly. The company was meticulous about measurements and were very careful to find out exactly what I wanted. Even the coloured lights were replaced, retaining the beauty and integrity of the house but making it so much warmer, quieter and less drafty. I am thrilled with the results and so pleased that I chose Bespoke Windows! The work was completed on 5th January 2015.

We had 2 front wooden bay sash windows that were beginning to rot replaced back in April with PVC sashes. We were so delighted by the improvement in warmth and sound insulation that we have just had all the other windows in the house replaced and a new front door as well! It was important to us that the Victorian look of the house was maintained and we are really pleased with the result. The workmanship was good and all the Bespoke team have been super helpful and great to deal with. They were punctual, returned calls efficiently and bent over backwards to fit in with our schedule. The work was completed on 14.01.15.

Bespoke replaced my original French Windows in my Victorian property. They are just wonderful and such good quality I so wish I had come across them before I had the windows replaced. No hesitation in fully recommending them for service, value and quality of the product.

We would highly Bespoke Windows who were professional and meticulous from start to finish. Both Murray and Callum listened carefully to our requests and answered all our questions fully -- including texting us addresses of houses with similar products installed so that we could take a look! We chose a flexi-fit and everyone who worked on the windows was great.

I don't normally go on websites to leave reviews but I love my new windows so much ... here I am. I would agree with all the comments below. Before, we had some very old (and broken) 'tilt and turn' double glazed windows, they were in a terrible state so decided to get all of them replaced. We got 10 windows replaced in all, we had six sashes put in (including 3 in a very large bay window), and four casements in the back of the house. The double glazed sashes look amazing, and have really transformed the look of the rooms. Both the casements and the sashes are really good quality in themselves, but what I think was most impressive was the quality of the fitting. The wood surrounds that were put around the sashes were really in keeping and finished it off really well. All the work was done in three days, and like others, we found our fitters amazing tidy and as lady below said very nice chaps. Also, Murray and Callum gave us very good advice, and explained things well at the outset. All administration and paperwork (eg guarantees etc) was handled professionally and promptly. In short, I would say it has been money well spent and I can wholeheartedly recommend Bespoke.

I am so pleased with my new windows and front door, I ordered them back in September and had them fitted this week, so didn't have to wait long, if your flexible with dates its well worth it. I want to thank both Dan and Tash for doing the most amazing job fitting them, they let themselves into my house and just got on with it, no drama and absolutely no attitude, two really nice guys. I felt completely at ease with them being there without me. They installed the windows one day and the door the next, no disruption was felt and they are very clean and tidy. The finish on both the windows and the doors is excellent, no need to do any finishing's myself, which is great. My door is now draught free and makes my sitting room lighter and brighter, the bedroom windows keep out noise, cold and look fantastic. I'm one happy customer, now I'm saving up to do the downstairs bay window.

We recently had all of the windows in our Edwardian house replaced by Bespoke who have been fantastic to deal with from the word go. Everyone we have dealt with has been courteous, efficient and professional. The windows were measured perfectly and the fitters did their utmost to minimise the dust in each room. We were told the fitting would take a week and it did, the front door came a little later but we expected that. We would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke Windows on Lordship Lane in Dulwich.

Bespoke Windows have been delightful to deal with at every stage of the process. They're clearly experts in their field, but they are friendly and efficient too. They have fitted UPVC sash windows and a double door to the rear of our property and we have several wooden sash windows to look forward to being installed at the front. We are delighted with the doors and windows that have been installed so far and I would be happy to recommend them to friends.

Replacement of 2 sash windows. Fantastic workmanship, the guys arrived promptly and completed finished by mid afternoon. They were neat, really tidy, considerate and helpful. The windows were finished to an outstanding standard - very professional and a delight to liaise with.

New windows to the front of the house and 2 back bedrooms. (9 in total). 5 star workmanship. The workmen arrived when they said they would, they worked solid until 6pm on the 3 days it took to complete the work. They left my house clean and tidy. All my neigbours have commented on my new windows and what an excellent job they have done. Bespoke windows have transformed my house, both outside and inside. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Bespoke fitted new windows in the front of the house for us a couple of months ago. The work they did was excellent and their fitters were extremely professional at all times, tidy and punctual. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Have used Bespoke before so didn't even consider looking for another company. We were having a double glazed back door fitted to replace the non-opening/closing wooden door that was so warped after such a wet winter. Great customer service - always punctual (actually always early- unheard of these days) workers on the day were quick, clean and polite. Great products and great company.
