At the outset we were looking to replace some polycarbonate roof panels on our porch, I located Elegant Windows online and asked for a quotation. Chris arrived on time and his enthusiastic approach showed from the start. We had a good discussion and decided to have a custom built retrofit roof on existing porch containing Pilkington active glass. Following the initial visit Chris returned with the manufacturer of the new roof, a full survey was carried out ensuring that the new product was satisfied our requirements. Chris kept in touch during the manufacturing process and things were a little delayed due to the continuous extremely bad weather but Chris remained confident throughout and at the first opportunity the installation date was agreed. On the day Chris arrived to introduce the installation team ( Clive & Eddy ) and also to discuss health and safety detail ensuring that we and his team were protected from any coronavirus risk. The roof fitting was carried out to an exceptionally high standard by Clive & Eddy, a very "tricky" job was made to look easy. The quality of the product was also impressive. The installation, from start to finish was excellent, site cleanliness was managed to a very high standard. I would recommend this company to all, especially the installation team Clive & Eddy.

First let me begin by saying we decided to replace the front door and the back door to our house, I did a little bit of research online and found this company came out on top in five stars across the board constantly. From first contact Chris was absolutely fantastic understanding what we needed showing the product and making sure that we understood everything, did an on-site survey straightaway and was very careful, professional and quite attentive when listening. The price that we were quoted were in line with many of the other companies that I had gotten quotes from but the quality of product outshone the rest. Then came the day of the fitting, Tom and Jay turned up ready to work and that’s exactly what they did they also made sure that any mess that was made was cleared up by them, they clearly enjoyed the work they did and made sure it was quality from start to finish. I would recommend this company to absolutely anybody.

I had taken several quotes from other local glazing firms to take on my lean-to-conservatory which is adjacent to the neighbour’s lean-to via a party wall. Chris from elegant was through and enthusiastic from the first meeting and all throughout his visits with is roof & glazing surveyors (to check and double check measurements), along with visits during and post the installation. His manor is kind and friendly offering a premium and secure glazing products professionally installed at a competitive price to local traders. The installation was fast and efficient with a friendly bunch of installers who are not too busy to talk to you about any questions you may have about different aspects of the install. All the windows, doors, and roof was dismantled quickly and loaded straight on the vans, and debris swept up often. The team of installers all worked in pairs and completed different parts at any one time, from laying the base frame guide to installing the frame/s, to insulation, capping internal sills, adding trim and sealing. We were weather tight before they left at the end of the day. For my install we needed half a day to finish up the conservatory ancillary bits and trim. We are happy with the level of professionalism, friendliness, quality of the products supplied and workmanship, a how approachable Chis is along with his crew of installers. We have no problem to recommend. You can see many examples of their work on their numerous social media sites to help you make your decision. It makes a very big change from the usual industry hard sell tactics employed by the bigger Glazing firms. None of that here with Chris at Elegant, he will give you a competitive quote from the word go.

We are very pleased with the service we had from Elegant Windows. We had a very large window replaced on the 19th May. They were totally professional with their administration and kept exactly to the time scale provided at time of ordering. Their craftsmen were quick, clean and efficient sand a pleasure to deal with.
