I had taken several quotes from other local glazing firms to take on my lean-to-conservatory which is adjacent to the neighbour’s lean-to via a party wall. Chris from elegant was through and enthusiastic from the first meeting and all throughout his visits with is roof & glazing surveyors (to check and double check measurements), along with visits during and post the installation. His manor is kind and friendly offering a premium and secure glazing products professionally installed at a competitive price to local traders. The installation was fast and efficient with a friendly bunch of installers who are not too busy to talk to you about any questions you may have about different aspects of the install. All the windows, doors, and roof was dismantled quickly and loaded straight on the vans, and debris swept up often. The team of installers all worked in pairs and completed different parts at any one time, from laying the base frame guide to installing the frame/s, to insulation, capping internal sills, adding trim and sealing. We were weather tight before they left at the end of the day. For my install we needed half a day to finish up the conservatory ancillary bits and trim. We are happy with the level of professionalism, friendliness, quality of the products supplied and workmanship, a how approachable Chis is along with his crew of installers.
