So I was told here we go again by the advisor because of a fault, we had two replacement doors and approx 7 visits from a tech and guess what the door I faulty again the frame is coming away from the door I will attach pictures please don't waste your money on this I am still paying for this and the worse 24 months you can ever get, they want to come out in one months time after all the hassle, in terms of the customer advisor saying here we go again let's see if this is a joke now, I will post every response from the fianical obunsman, and every reply from the citizen advise bureau and not to mention the pictures I will put up from the installation and yes you admitted the screws on the frame are not flush
Fitters were fine but very disappointed in overall attention on the general service. Initial appointment for fitting cancelled at 5.30 the night before they were due. Two of the windows were incorrect as the openings were in the wrong position. Came to change the openings - only did one and put on a completely different coloured handle. Now waiting again for fitters to come back and put everything right - complete pain when you have to keep taking time off work. Windows look fine and of a good standard - just wish they were correct.
Overall my experience with Crystal Windows has been good and I would recommend them to family and friends. The entire team, the sales rep, surveyor and the installation team have been professional in their work, very friendly and accommodating.
The windows and door look good. I am hoping they will stay like this for many years to come and that Crystal will provide an excellent aftercare service with their 10 year warranty should the need arise.
My only little moan is that I was sent 2 fitters, one who was an experienced fitter (very good) and the other was new to the profession, so less experienced. When I rang Crystal about my concern, they advised that this is how they teamed up their fitters. In any case, both men were very friendly, approachable, kept me amused throughout the 2 day installation and addressed any concerns I had.
I would use Crystal again when I come to do my conservatory and hopefully I will get the same fitters who will be even more experienced!
Our appointment was booked in for Friday 9-3pm, and the fitter arrived just after 9 but left around 2pm as he said he had another job meaning he'd have to come back tomorrow. This meant having to take another day off work the next day which was inconvenient. However, the work was finished swiftly and it seems to be at a high standard. Everything was fitted correctly and all areas were cleaned inside and out.
Apart from the annoyance of the timings I was extremely happy with Crystal and would use them again if required
After a slow start due to material for brick work not arrived, the windows and doors were fitted with good efficiency as little disturbance and mess as possible, the fitters vacuumed any mess and took away all the old windows and fittings, very happy with the service quality and finish

The men arrived on time and completed all the work in a day. They cleared all the debris and ensure the property was clean before leaving dust sheets were used in the appropriate areas..
I will recommend this company to others when the need arises.
All aspects of the process from the salesman's visit to the installation were first rate and the end result could not be faulted.

I am surprised that you display only critical/nasty comments in your feedback. I cannot be the only person who is to date very satisfied with my new windows. I had excellent preliminary service and the job which followed was meticulous. I cannot tell after only a week whether I shall have any problems in the future with the work but am optimistic since I have previously commissioned and had fitted a, till now, problem free patio door, back door and kitchen window from Crystal. I hope that their 'after service facility' if needed is equally commendable.
The very first visit by your staff Mr Charles Egemba was impressive. He not only explained in depth but demonstrated the double glazed window and had time to hear the customer unlike other competitors. He was very clear in explaining in simple way .
On the of fitting 15/Aug your fitter Alex was equally talented fitter and was VERY efficient in his work and clean and tidy in his work. Very efficient fitter.

We recently had windows and French doors fitted. Crystal did a wonderful job, salesman and workers were very polite at all times. They made little mess and tidied and hoovered before leaving. Would considered using them again and recommend them to others. I hope the after care is just as good.
The quote for 11 w2indows and three dors that we eventually had fitted was very competetive. Very efficient fitting. The place was left clean and tidy. The two fitters were very polite, efficient and willing to assist in moving heavy furniture etc..The quality of the windows and doors appears to be good and without problems. I would certainly recommend Crystal to other people.
Very pleased with standard of work and product. Just awaiting minor work I'd end stops and door chain otherwise very pleased.
We had a new porch fitted for a reasonable price. There were a few minor issues after installation but these were all sorted with the minimum of fuss. We are very pleased with the finished job. I notice that there are quite a few negative reviews about Crystal but our experience with the company has been a good one.
The work was carried out very efficiently. Fitters were friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the windows and doors. Already received positive comments from passers by.
Price was very reasonable, the surveyor pointed out a lot of ways to suit my needs as regard to the windows ie black surrounds and cills outside. The fitters arrived early and started straight away thay were good humoured and "thirsty, tea wise", (watch the biscuits!) They worked quickly and proffessionally, when they had finished I was very pleased with the work and finshed product which were of a high standard. There were a couple of things that were not quite right ,but these were fixed to my satisfaction within three days.

I only had one large window replaced, but my entire dealings with Crystal Windows was a very positive one, from their representative who came to give me the initial quote, the surveyor, the people I spoke to on the 'phone and the installers. There were other firms who offered me a slightly cheaper quote, but I chose Crystal because of their professionalism and the the sense that I was dealing with people rather than some impersonal company. From my first contact to installation the process took only three & a half weeks (whereas the firm making my new blind have advised me it will take 4-6 weeks). The installation was swift and efficient and the finished window looks splendid from both inside and out.

we got our free quote ,and we were happy with the price.
It took less than 2 weeks to instal the windows,the fitters turned up on time and did an excellent job and cleaned up all there mess.The windows look great and there is no damage to the walls.

i have just had windows, porch and patio doors replaced with Crystal and am absolutely delighted! I had 2 teams for 2 days - i was surrounded by workman and dust sheets! They were lovely guys . . . friendly, chatty, efficient - no hassle at all and they cleaned up too - I was well impressed!
Initial contact was Graham at B&Q on the A40 who introduced me to the company, then Sheila who provided a thorough quote and estimate (very friendly and knowledgeable), the 2 teams who did the grafting to the girls ion the office dealing with the finances - Crystal gives a seamless, professional team who provide quality service. and a fabulous product.
The difference the windows and doors have made to my home is noticeable - everything feels safer, cleaner and clearer.

I recently had a new front door installed by Crystal. Delighted with the product and the service provided, I was expecting the door to be good quality, and what was fitted exceeded my expectation. The whole process was quick, efficient and painless. The initial meeting with Keith gave me confidence that I would be dealing with a well run company that control all aspects of the manufacturing and installation process. Graham, the installer, arrived at the time agreed, and was quick and efficient in fitting the new door. He did a first class job, and removed the old door and frame, leaving site spotless. I would have no hesitation in recommending Crystal.
A question I always asked my clients, and found the answers of great benefit. " What could we of done better" My only suggestion for Crystal would be when the keys for the new windows or doors are handed to the client, they are on a 'Crystal' key fob. In most cases this will stay with the 'spare' key and be a reminder for future work.
I am very happy with the front door and side panel installation. The work was carried out quickly and it was left in a tidy state. I was recommended to Crystal by my next door neighbour and I would in turn recommended them to others.

The service was excellent and all completed within two weeks from initial consultation. The three fitters concerned (one doing the guttering first day and Mark and his assistant Kai doing rest of the work the next two days) were efficient, friendly, and worked very hard, in very hot weather, to ensure job was completed within the estimated timescale, always clearing up as they went along. Highly recommended!
The last house I owned had all crystal Windows so I know I would be getting what I expected.The men turned up on time and hit the ground running.They done a great job,left the place clean and tidy and cleared up after them. After a few hours they had finished and wouldn't know they had been.well done crystal Windows. Another satisfied customer.
