i have just had windows, porch and patio doors replaced with Crystal and am absolutely delighted! I had 2 teams for 2 days - i was surrounded by workman and dust sheets! They were lovely guys . . . friendly, chatty, efficient - no hassle at all and they cleaned up too - I was well impressed! Initial contact was Graham at B&Q on the A40 who introduced me to the company, then Sheila who provided a thorough quote and estimate (very friendly and knowledgeable), the 2 teams who did the grafting to the girls ion the office dealing with the finances - Crystal gives a seamless, professional team who provide quality service. and a fabulous product. The difference the windows and doors have made to my home is noticeable - everything feels safer, cleaner and clearer. I will definitely be in touch with them when I want to billed my outhouse for their windows and doors. I have no hesitation in recommending Crystal - lovely team - great product -brilliant service!
