Our appointment was booked in for Friday 9-3pm, and the fitter arrived just after 9 but left around 2pm as he said he had another job meaning he'd have to come back tomorrow. This meant having to take another day off work the next day which was inconvenient. However, the work was finished swiftly and it seems to be at a high standard. Everything was fitted correctly and all areas were cleaned inside and out. Apart from the annoyance of the timings I was extremely happy with Crystal and would use them again if required
