Crystal Windows & Doors Ltd

Overall my experience with Crystal Windows has been good and I would recommend them to family and friends. The entire team, the sales rep, surveyor and the installation team have been professional in their work, very friendly and accommodating. The windows and door look good. I am hoping they will stay like this for many years to come and that Crystal will provide an excellent aftercare service with their 10 year warranty should the need arise. My only little moan is that I was sent 2 fitters, one who was an experienced fitter (very good) and the other was new to the profession, so less experienced. When I rang Crystal about my concern, they advised that this is how they teamed up their fitters. In any case, both men were very friendly, approachable, kept me amused throughout the 2 day installation and addressed any concerns I had. I would use Crystal again when I come to do my conservatory and hopefully I will get the same fitters who will be even more experienced!
