Waveney Windows Ltd

I've used Waveney windows a number of times and for the smaller jobs of window I installations, they have been very good. However, they installed a conservatory for me recently. The quality of the conservatory and the price was very good but the trauma of installation was not. This company are good where they use their own staff and there are few interactions between the trades. For my conservatory, most trades were involved and some were some sub-contracted. Whilst most of the tradesman were very good, Waveney were awful at coordinating them, very poor when communicating with the customer and when we encountered some problems, arrogant in their handling of them. One example was that after they installed the main conservatory, I would not have been able to open the connecting doors once it had been plastered and the installation was not level. It was disappointing that I had to point this out to them. It is now mid-November and a project that should have been finished in August is still not quite finished. If they spent a little time being more proactive and ensuring things were right at each stage, rather than reacting to problems, then things might have been different. A shame really, because they could have had 5 stars.

We. went to bressingham show room diss for advice re a new conservatory roof and side windows, Nigel salesman there was extremely helpful with valueable information . Jack and Ian installed the roof and side windows , without any problem except one roof panel was incorrect, so two weeks later another installer,Dave, came to fit the window. This time the roof panel was the wrong shape, another delay. Having had very good service from Nigel, Jack and Ian went back to have the house windows installed, again they were excellent. After having the house windows installed I called to say that one window needed attention as the frame around the window was hanging off. Spoke to office, and was told office would get back to me and Dave would be round when he was in the area. After waiting a week for the office to call with a date to rectify the problem, I get a call today saying they knew nothing about the problem The staff at the head office, Halesworth , really let the company, down, messages are never passed on , don't return calls and never apologise for any inconvenience caused to the customer. If only the staff there were as efficient as their salesman and fitters . I now wait for call from the office to let me know when the problem will be rectified.

From the initial quotation to the fitting and follow up service this company must be congratulated. The sales representative made suggestions on how to keep the price down. The fitter was friendly efficient and professional. The office staff were pleasant to speak to. The follow up service was prompt and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

Installed 5 new windows, front door, garage door and garage fascia. Excellent job throughout. 1. On time 2. Polite 3. Tidy 4. Good workmanship 5. On budget 6. Quick turnaround Would recommend

We ordered our Evolution windows in December 2017 for installation beginning of April 2018. All along the line I've been impressed by the quality of service. Simon answered all our queries and gave us a prompt quote (which we felt was a reasonable price as well); Teresa returned calls promptly and was always very helpful; Paul surveyed and made all the precise measurements. Today the work is being completed - all supplied and fitted by Waveney Windows, Halesworth. This is a 200 year old barn.......12 windows, five doors and large glass panels replaced. The quality and craftmanship of the work has been extremely good. The fitter, Stefan, arrived early every day, and his enthusiasm and expertise shows in all the work he has carried out. I can't recommend him enough, or the company. The finished look, on such an old property, looks appropriate for it's age. Excellent all 'round!!

I wanted to replace all windows, have a porch built, an older conservatory renovated and new gutters with an additional down pipe and soak away. These jobs to be done bit by bit as and when my finances allowed. Waveney Windows quoted sensible prices, no hard sell at all. The representative was able to advise on all aspects of the job. The standard of workmanship for all jobs is first class. The fitters were punctual, polite at all times and a pleasure to have in our home. They appreciated our tea and coffee, when they allowed themselves a break. The work was done between Spring 2014 and just a couple of weeks ago. I can, without reservation, recommend Waveney Windows 100%.
