Arena Windows

Windows fitted a few weeks ago, when it rained we noticed something wrong with living room window it wasn't fitted properly and glass was full of scratches, after numerous phone calls and being called a "LIAR " SOMEONE CAME OUT AND SAID YES NEEDS REFITTING AND NEW GLASS, A time and date was arranged but after taking curtains and blinds down and husband getting up off nightshift nobody came, after a few more phone calls and being spoke to rather badly another date was arranged my husband was told it would be Saturday morning at 7.30am, surprise surprise no one came, we had to go to the office only to find nobody there, eventually we contacted somebody who said no one works at 7.30 am so again we were lied to, after more phone calls we were told somebody would come after 12 eventually it was done and now we have a problem with the glass in the front door, it looks awful and full of glue it's a really bad finish.The mess we had when they got fitted in the first place was dreadful , I even left shoe covers to put over work boots and they were just left ,walking upstairs with filthy boots, no respect whatsoever , you really do need to learn some manners and have a lesson in good customer service with out a doubt, I could go on but I haven't the time. Never again

I had a conservatory fitted in September the quality of the product is very good but it’s now November and after a least ten phone calls and promises promises it is still not finished the crest at the top slopes so badly towards the wall Eddie the Eagle would be happy to ski down it. the drain pipe is still not fitted edging in the interior is not fitted and the bottom were the base meets the flooring has not been finished. I have given up trying now and my husband is doing his best to make it look good. I would advise you to go elsewhere Once we paid them which was a big mistake they did not want to know. We were told they would be back at the weekend and finish off never turned up after complaining another guy turned up and agreed the roof was not right and would try to fix it and would order the drainpipe and return unfortunately he didn’t say which year.

Another very satisfactory job carried out by Arena Windows who removed our old porch and erected a new one. We were kept informed every step of the way of what was happening and everyone turned up when they said they would. Great job everyone, Bill the Surveyor who priced the job, Dave the Foreman, John the Plasterer, Lee and Paul who erected the porch, these two lads worked really hard all day, only stopping for lunch, finally special thanks to Tony and Ken the Bricklayers who sourced an excellent choice of matching brick to our home and cleared up every single bit of mess and took it away. Thanks very much for a great job.

The service I received today was truly first class - I would recommend Arena Windows not only for the top quality of my new windows and front door - also the professional workmanship I received. I went out in the morning, I came back later that afternoon to find windows and door installed and all rubbish and mess swept away. Thank you Arena Windows Michelle 👍😊

Excellent service from beginning to end. We had Front Entrance Lobby and rear French Widows replaced. From initial quotation through to installation the process was seamless and only took 11 days with a 3 hour Install. From Sales, to Surveyor, Office Staff and the Team who carried out the Installation all were brilliant, courteous, efficient and good humoured. Our Grateful thanks to all

We needed to have the Windows replaced at my mother in laws home in Gateacre, unfortunately she suffers from dementia. We were worried about the disruption all the visits may cause, Billy measuring for the quote, Sam measuring for fitting and then the team who would fit the Windows. I spoke to Billy who was very understanding, he offered to bring Sam with him ensuring only one visit was needed for the quote and measuring. I asked if all the Windows Could be fitted in one day instead of two, he spoke to Gary who offered to send two teams. As the quote was more than acceptable we agreed to go ahead with the fitting asking if the work could be completed ASAP, 14 Windows were made and installed within 9 days from quote to installation with fitting completed in one day. The team of lads who fitted the Windows were amazing so understanding of my mother in laws condition and did a great job. I would like to thank the whole team and would definitely recommend this company.

Had French doors and a new back kitchen door fitted, wanted them in before Xmas too which didn't leave Arena long at all - Nothing was too much trouble for Gary and the lads, great finish - can't thank them enough *****

What an absolute pleasure to deal with Arena Windows. We had a major problem with the very old patio doors in our Liverpool property. Suffice to say, we contacted Arena explained the position that we needed/wanted new French Doors installed in days (May 2016) rather than weeks. They rose to the challenge like Gladiators! New Doors installed in ONE week. Workman where excellent, with no mess for me to clean up. Not forgetting the office staff who where also always polite and courteous. Would I recommend and use them again You BET! Thanks Arena!

I would like to thank the guys at arena Windows for how well they conducted themselves and how professional they were when they fitted my windows and porch, they were efficient friendly and very helpful. they made sure that my home was clean and tidy each time they finished, and gave me great advice when I was unsure about certain things.
