W believe this review is unfair and as Mr Hodder stated, the work he had done was by the previous company Launahurst Limited, who went into administration in 26th April 2012; so therefore Launa Windows Limited should not have a negative review against them when the work was not installed by them. This company has no connection to the previous company.
