Very poor in all areas except the salesmen who obviously did their job well as I chose them to fit 2 bay windows and supply other windows. We had absolutely loads of issues including, windows measured incorrectly by as much as 40mm on 4 of the windows. They offers to rectifie the problem and fit them for free, I wish I had not as the fitting was rubbish with many issues. There were many problems, so many that I can't be bothers to put them down. Overall the worst this is the terrible customer services, they are fine until you have a problem, the fitting manager is the worst most unprofessional person I have ever had the mifortune of talking to on the phone, in fact he never returns your calls
