Salesman excellent - sold a great pitch & promised much. But my goodness, the 'Launa Man Can'??? No he jolly well can't. Poor adherence to timescales, promised call backs not made by installations Manager, e mail to MD still not answered in over three weeks! Workmen themselves were nice chaps, but when initial Builders showed themselves to be sub-contractors I realised this was not going to be a good experience! It's not! 2nd and same leak still not fixed. Had I known this review site existed I would have avoided Launa Windows like the plague! NOT a family business but part of huge Windows firm that we (thought) purposely avoided. Almost £11k all told. I would not EVER recommend this firm.

This customer has had work done by us, she did have a leak, which we received an email about, which we have already attended and fixed the leak. Miss. Loren
