Despite promising allsorts of good things, the chap who took the order gave wrongfull information and produced a poor specification. The install guys did the job with a crow bar and left much of the promised work undone. Since install justn over 12 months ago we have had a number of issues to which the repair team have been dreadful. The product itself is of the poorest quality with rubbish fittings which do not stand up to even reasonable were and tear. If I were doorless and windowless I would do without before going back to this outfit.
