Launa Windows Ltd

We have purchased through Launa for a second time now and I must say that this time was by far much less stressful as the fitters Pete and Elliot were excellent fitters who hardly made any decorating issues that needed to be rectified after. Very smooth process with the fitters but with that said the office staff are quite poor in relaying a message. I requested the fitters to be at my house on the first day at 0730 to ensure they were aware of issues with our dog and cat not getting on. The manager then called me on the day of fitting explaining that he was only made aware of an early call that morning which is unacceptable as I was not prepared to just leave a key to people I had never met before. The manager then explained the administrator had been off on holiday when she was actually having an operation and that had not relayed the message. After speaking with her she had written our request on the paperwork but clearly had not been seen by other staff and apologised for it not being followed through correctly. Perhaps the management should take responsibility for mistakes being made rather than blaming on others! It was a good job that the fitters were very friendly and efficient and I am really pleased with the product which made up for certain staff inefficiencies.
