Do not use this company!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! We have spent around 12,000 having Windows doors and conservatory on a new build and what a joke! They broke many windows when putting them in and didn't fit them level, leaving gaps everywhere, the gutter in the conservatory is sloping the wrong way so water sits in there getting green and gunky! They have drilled the retaining bolts in too far and split the plastic and one of the most laughable jobs was the letter box!! They didn't bring the correct letter box at first so some bright spark stuck a piece of pvc to the door with adhesive which completely ruined the door panel! When they came back they put the letter box on but........ Forgot that it was supposed to be level!!!!!!! What a complete joke, they've been back 10 times now and it's still not sorted!!!! Every time the fitters came they made it clear they didn't want to be here even though they were fixing their own shoddy work!! I will never go back and would avoid at all costs!
