Full set of windows fitted in 2023 which were not passed by FENSA - new ventilation had to be fitted to all of them which involved removal and reinstallation of all the windows..
The general workmanship was very poor - remarked on by other tradesmen at my property - e.g., sealant applied over dust; attempt made to fill hole with glue rather than filling/sanding.
Walls and even a ceiling (!) were damaged. My new living room floor was scratched and no apology - just a denial! I had to pay for repairs - I was not willing to let these people near my house again.
I would not go near this company. Only sorry I have just found this review board now or I'd have posted months ago.
Booked in Cumbria Superglaze to fit a new front door, kitchen window and back door. Paid a deposit of £450 on the day I accepted the quote, leaving a balance of £1450. That was the 31 October 2019. Someone came and measured up in mid-December after telling me that somehow 'they lost my paperwork' and promised it would be fitted before Christmas. Christmas came and went; no doors or window. They were finally fitted on 9 January. Almost straight away, we were called and asked for payment of the balance. My husband had the credit card, so I told them he would contact them. After another phone call from them a couple of days later, today I called to pay. I spoke to an incredibly rude and aggressive "gentleman" who I believe to be the company owner. I said I'd phoned to pay the balance on the account. "Oh, is that one of the late ones we've been chasing?" It has been 11 business days since it was fitted and they had my deposit for 9-10 weeks. Instead of just saying, 'great, thanks for phoning', he said that they can't honour the guarantee if the balance is paid more than two weeks after fitting. He super generously said they would honour the guarantee "this time". First card was declined so I said I'd call him back in a minute with another one. His response was, "You'd better be quick". When I phoned back 10 minutes later, upset and angry at the first interaction we'd had, I asked him if it was company policy to be so rude and that the repeated phone calls for payment the company engages in feels like harassment. He got very angry and said that instead of paying he could just send the bill to his solicitor. Weird, given he was so hot on getting paid quickly. I paid the bill but will never, ever use Cumbria Superglaze again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Been waiting since November 2023 for someone to come out and fix our front door. Cost best part of £2k. Door constantly closes on its own banging into anyone standing on doorstep. Also rattling when closed as it doesn’t close properly. Difficult to lock as door and lock are not lined up.
Promised to come to the door 4 times since November and never turned up. Promised to come today between 4-5pm so we returned early from a day out with our grand children. Never turned up!
This isn’t the first time they’ve had to come out to fix the door.
Avoid.
Blain and John arrived promptly and set to work replacing 2 windows and a door. They worked efficiently and the final result is excellent. They left my property clean and tidy. They were very polite and courteous throughout the day. Gary the sales rep is also very efficient, helpful and very informative. We will be using CSG for some further replacements.

The salesman is very friendly and he’s so much knowledge.
The office staff really are a great bunch of people, very helpful with my questions and worked around us with the fitting dates.
The fitters were amazing, very polite, clean and tidy and done a fantastic job. Well done all, we are very pleased with everything.
