12 February 2024. Been waiting since November 2023 for someone to come out and fix our front door. Cost best part of £2k. Door constantly closes on its own banging into anyone standing on doorstep. Also rattling when closed as it doesn’t close properly. Difficult to lock as door and lock are not lined up. Promised to come to the door 4 times since November and never turned up. Promised to come today between 4-5pm so we returned early from a day out with our grand children. Never turned up! This isn’t the first time they’ve had to come out to fix the door. Avoid.
