Full set of windows fitted in 2023 which were not passed by FENSA - new ventilation had to be fitted to all of them which involved removal and reinstallation of all the windows.. The general workmanship was very poor - remarked on by other tradesmen at my property - e.g., sealant applied over dust; attempt made to fill hole with glue rather than filling/sanding. Walls and even a ceiling (!) were damaged. My new living room floor was scratched and no apology - just a denial! I had to pay for repairs - I was not willing to let these people near my house again. I would not go near this company. Only sorry I have just found this review board now or I'd have posted months ago.
