Replacement windows and Front Door... Front Door faulty from day one, almost broke your hand trying to turn lock, took 4 call outs and arguing the toss before TVW actually believed me and eventually ordered a replacement lock from manufacturer - guess what...it fixed it!!... that took months to sort out from beg to end and numerous chase-ups/phone calls. Faulty windows took 4 months to resolve, eventually manufacturer resolved... If I charged TVW for my time and phone calls and emails, I'd be running a profit right now... it took for my husband to speak with the MD in the end before anything actually happened!.... it's not difficult to get it right, top tip to MD Mark Schofield..just copy John Lewis!! 3 neighbours have been dissuaded in using TVW as a result of our experience. Oh and BTW not one apology let alone a gesture of compensation..also looks like they are frightened to register with CheckaTrade (wonder why?)

We had a conservatory built by TVW. The product appears to be a good product although we have only had the conservatory for about 9 months. However their communication with us was very very poor. They charge you for the windows and doors and then they refer various tradesmen, i.e. builder, plasterer, electrician and carpenter who you seperately negotiate with. They charge you for project management, I am not sure what their definition of project management is because I would expect each tradesmen to come in a timely manner quoting and completing the work necessary. Well we have finally had to draw an end to our project with TVW because the conservatory is still not completed with the carpentry work still remaining!!!!!! We gave feedback to TVW about our experience both verbally and in writing during this project - this made little difference! On a positive note some of their tradesmen did a great job, some didn't! Unless you have a year to spare in your life and have nothing else to do I probably would not get TVW to put in a conservatory for you.

We have completed the work to the customers satisfaction. we recommended a carpenter for work they wanted in various areas around there house . The carpenter quoted for the work . The customer did not ask for the work to be done. We have no control over this and it was not included or part of the work we carried out. Mr. schofield mark@tvwindows.com

Unlike the reviews below I have had nothing but good experiences with Thames Valley Windows. Their sales team spent a lot of time with me going through a number of different options to find the best solution in terms of both design and cost. I was kept informed during the order process and then the installation was painless. Overall we have had nothing but positive comments about our windows and bifolds and i couldn't recommend them enough.
