Conservatory and porch Whole job took 13 weeks very rarely kept to date conservatory wall not square cills incorrectly cut cill not aligned or fitted square gutter leaked roof truss cut short down pipe not square . All was eventually put right with the intervention of one of the directors but whole experience very stressful and time consuming No offer of any compansation for the stress time and worry

Banbury installed a conservatory for us several years ago and it continues to perform well. I recall the lead in time was adequate and with the exception of an initial issue with the floor height the standard of workmanship was high. Indeed the company from salesman to fitters demonstrated a very professional approach and in particular were very courteous. We subsequently ordered a quantity of windows and similarly the product and level of workmanship were high. Based on my own experience I have no hesitation in recommending Banbury Windows.

Excellent service received from Banbury. From arrival at the showroom, through the visit from the Technical Manager and then the Installations Team we felt the all were interested in our custom and in ensuring we received a quality product and service. Our French Door has been manufactured to a high standard and we are now planning to ask Banbury to replace more of our windows .

I would fully recommend Banbury Doors and Windows. I recently had windows replacement and Banbury were excellent from pre sales to measuring up to full installation. All staff and engineers were polite, professional and always turned up on time. The engineers left no mess behind after works. Communication was great with Banbury and was kept informed all the way through. The windows are of excellent quality and competitively priced. The windows keep the heat in and cold out. We have already noticed the house is much warmer. The windows themselves look very modern and sleek and changed the look of the house completely. Banbury Windows built a conservatory for us in May 2021. The standard of workmanship from sales right through to fitting was excellent. The quality of materials manufactured by themselves is also excellent. We would certainly use Banbury Windows again

We went for the Orangery Package which gave the flexibility (e.g. frame size/door number and positioning ) without additional cost. The build quality was the deciding factor amongst competitors (e.g. moulded internal guttering with walk around roof edge rather than PVC overhand guttering). The difficult made up ground on a sloping site required significant groundwork which incurred additional cost but gave us great re-assurance . This was not a short cut approach and I suspect it cost more to undertake that than the additional fee charged. Throughout , we felt that ours was the only project Banbury was undertaking. We had personable and efficient levels of service from staff from both the top and bottom of this Company. Minor issues were dealt with promptly and resolved, no questions. We are very pleased with our conservatory and feel our choice of supplier provided first class service and a value for money product.

I had 12 windows and two doors installed. The whole experience from the initial visit, the survey and the installation was completely trouble free. Everyone who visited my home treated it with consideration the install team cleaned up after themselves to the point you would not have known they had been. I was able to visit the showroom and see the products and the price was significantly cheaper than some of the other companies that quoted. All in all I am delighted with my windows and doors and will certainly recommend to my friends

Banbury provided us with an orangery, the service received was first class from start to finish. The staff in the office and the staff who carried out the building work were all polite, courteous, punctual and very hardworking. We would not hesitate to recommend Banbury to anyone. We have had our conservatory roof changed from a polycarbonate roof to a supalite roof. The difference is amazing ,the room can be used in all weathers now. The finish is excellent and the products used are of the highest quality. I would recommend Banbury as i have always had wonderful service from them. Banburys workmen were all polite and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They also ensured i was happy with that days work before they left.

W e purchased a new front porch, 3 replacement windows and replacement internal French door unit off the lounge. I delayed the job several months as I have been unwell; Banbury were most accommodating. The quality of the manufacturing is excellent and the finish is just as good. The work in the lounge involved cutting out a part wall and the engineers went to great trouble to minimise dust etc. First class products installed most professionally.

In recent times we have had two bow windows, three replacement windows, one stable door in the kitchen and the creme de la creme - a supa-lite solid roof fitted on our conservatory, (which is 25 years old) We feel like we have a new bungalow and have also gained a beautiful garden room which we will be able to use all year round. In every job we can only compliment Banbury on their organisation, from initially placing the order with very efficient salesmen, the surveying advice and discussion for our needs, and the fitters, who have done an excellent job and are extremely pleasant, hard working and tidy. I had a residential front door fitted recently. Quality of the door is excellent. It was expertly fitted by Banbury and no damage was caused during the fitting. We are the proud owners of a new Banbury conservatory, and have been very impressed by each stage of its construction. All the work was carried out to a high standard by friendly workmen who took a pride in their trade. We chose a `Super Lite' solid roof, and the amount of insulation put in it was amazing, which means that with the occasional aid of the very smart, compact radiator, we will have a pleasant extra room in our home in winter as well as in summer. As a result of all this we have asked Banbury to replace all the fascias and gutterings around the bungalow. We would recommend Banbury to anyone.

My wife and I initially selected Banbury windows 16 years ago to replace all of the windows and patio door of our 4 bedroom detached home in Bewdley, after researching many local and National companies. We were very impressed with the price, quality and overall service from the company at that time. Returning to Bewdley after living abroad for a number of years, we purchased another property which required "updating" and had no hesitation to choose Banbury Doors and Windows for replacement of all windows and rear entrance door, after having visited the Long Bank Head office and receiving the same warm welcome from sales staff who really knew their product. On this occasion, we were given a guided tour of their extensive production facilities that start from scratch using bought-in plastic profiles, internal metal strengthening profiles and even the glass! No bought-in 'standard assemblies here! Following this project, in September 2016 we placed an order for a "3m x 3m conservatory - type extension" with foundations, brickwork, tiled roof, full insulation, electrics and internal plasterwork to extend our dining area. All work was carried out by BDW employees who, again, were courteous, conscientious and very competent. This latter project was also well managed and personally overseen by BDW senior management. We have no hesitation in recommending Banbury Doors and Windows who will quote a competitive price for supply and installation of high quality products carried out by employees who are courteous, know what they are doing and take a pride in their workmanship.

Dear Banbury Doors and Windows, I would like to thank you for your excellent service and help when I needed it. I purchased a set of French Doors from Banbury Windows in 2004 and as you know when I was changing the internal door lock, I managed to break the internal handle locking mechanism. My fault entirely!. I went to you for help and you exceeded any expectations that I had. Given the length of time since the fitting of the French doors and that locking mechanisms are updated regularly, you surprisingly managed to source a replacement internal locking mechanism and got one of your senior technicians to swap over the workable parts while I waited. I am delighted to say that I have now fitted the replacement part and the door in now secure and fully working. It just goes to show that if you buy a quality product, from a quality company, you get a quality service even, long after the door is fitted. Many thanks again, I am very grateful for your service.
