DL Windows

We had 9 windows replaced with DL Windows and we are 90% pleased with the service and installation we received from the team. Stefan the sales guy who first came out to see us after our initial enquiry couldn't have been more helpful. We exchanged a few emails as we had more questions after his visit to which he responded to quite promptly and he came out with a sample window as requested. He made us feel as though nothing was too much trouble for him. His customer service was the main reason that we chose DL Windows above the other suppliers we saw. The fitters Adey and Kris, were outstanding and did a great job, even coming out on Saturday morning to finish up as the job over-ran. One of the smaller panes provided was the wrong size but they called the office straight away to inform them and put in a panel temporarily. I wasn't satisfied with how one of the windows swung open too wide so Kris adjusted this until i was happy. They covered everything with dust sheets and any mess that was made was cleaned up. Overall, they were a good team, pleasant helpful chaps who are a credit to DL Windows. We did have an issue with the installation team. Lee originally called with a fitting date which came after a cancellation had been received. We couldn't make this specific date, so we agreed for 2 days the following week. The day of the fitting arrived but 2 hrs after the confirmed starting time we had no fitters, so we called the office. After speaking to two different people we were left thinking that we had not been booked in after all as no one seemed to know what was happening. We then confirmed with Lee that the fitters were due to be out in the afternoon that day - they did arrive that afternoon. We are not sure how this happened, but we were happy with the service we received to sort this out and Lee made every effort to ensure the job was started on the same day. Our only recommendation after this is to get any fitting dates given, sent to you in an email as confirmation. We would recommend DL Windows because despite the mix-up with the fitting date we did receive an exceptional customer service from them and we are really pleased with our new windows.
