Purchased a new back door. It was not a straight forward replacement and required some effort on their behalf. I also required other replacement units to a conservatory. From start to finish ( ie purchase to installation) all of the staff were a pleasure to work with, refreshingly so. I was kept informed at every stage. They co-ordinated the installation of the door and the maintenance work, which, took some effort on their part as different sections of their business were involved and I didn’t have to chase them. The installation of the products was undertaken by a delightful man, Phil, who deserves special mention. He visited site in advance so that he understood what was required. He came at the scheduled time and knew exactly what was required. He worked diligently and knowledgeably. The garden is South facing and it was a relentlessly hot day but that didn’t faze him. He was professional as well as being great fun. The quality of his work was impressive and he is an asset to the company. The products themselves were of a high quality with an industry standard locking mechanism. In summary, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
