Originally dealt with Michelle in the office who was most helpful and obliging guiding us through the whole process. We wanted a small porch built on the side of our house which did not require planning permission. Ben, who prepared the quote and drew up the plans, gave us excellent advice and the price quoted was within the budget we had set ourselves. We had been worried that the footings would hit a drain but the surveyor could not see any problems which could not be overcome. Ian laid the footings in 2 days and the drain was not encountered and then Martin and Jason built the porch again taking 2 days. We now have a lovely porch on the side of our house which will enable us to keep the kitchen clean. All the workforce were highly professional and arrived on time. They were personable and each evening the site was left clean and tidy. The work was completed within the time span set by Rydale and would recommend the company to anyone as it all went seamlessly.
