We are extremely satisfied with the customer service and work provided by Rydale. We needed 5 replacement windows and before Christmas we contacted Rydale because they had previously provided us with other replacement windows and we were pleased with their service and value for money. One window was complicated because we needed building work to reduce the size of the aperture and ensure structural integrity before the old wooden window (which was holding up the wall above) could be replaced. Colette visited and was extremely friendly and helpful and has continued to provide excellent prompt service. Rydale provided the best quote and we confirmed acceptance. We did not want to carry out the building work until the spring and Rydale were extremely cooperative and waited for this to be completed after Easter. They then expedited the survey and provision of all 5 windows. The installation was carried out in a friendly, helpful and tidy manner.
