We contacted Rydale as they were a local company and requested a quote for 2 doors and a window. The call was answered promptly and we were seen the same day by a husband and wife (Paul? and ?-sorry forgot your names!). They gave us a quote which we found acceptable and arranged for the surveyor ,Mal, to call on the 6th February. He duly arrived and discussed the installation which Paul had booked for the 16th February. On the 16th February Steve the installer arrived and spent the day fitting the doors and window. All of the staff (Sales, Surveyor and fitter) were excellent and very professional. We were very impressed with Steve as he worked non-stop and did a superb job on the install. He left no mess and we are extremely satisfied with the process from start to finish. More than happy to recommend Ryedale
