The work we required was not ab straightforward conservatory build or a simple window or door replacement but a rather complicated roof replacement linking an existing veranda and garden room. There were different heights and angles to contend with. From the moment we contacted Rydale they have shown a very pleasant and professional approach to the whole contract. The salesman and surveyor were confident the problems could be resolved and kept us fully informed of their proposals throughout the planning stage making several visits to ensure we were happy before committing to contract. Similarly the fitters kept us informed at every stage of their work making sure we were happy with the result. The fitters and the electricians were remarkably tidy in their work and always very polite. Any query or question raised with the office staff was dealt with immediately. We are very satisfied with the finished work so thank you Rydale for all your efforts throughout.
