Rydale Windows

On the 3rd of Jan we requested Rydale to come and give us a quote on updating the windows of our entire home, new fascia and soffits for the roof and new composite doors. Their salesman Antonio was very helpful and not pushy in the slightest, giving us the quotes that we asked for in a timely manner. After accepting the details, they completed the rather large project by the end of February. The fitters were very professional, and have completed all of their tasks to a fine level of detail, we are particularly happy with how tight fitting the doors and windows are, and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything. There was only a minor issue where our window sills were too wide to cap off with plastic coverings, as the industry do not manufacture them above 600mm and ours was well over due to an non-standard build. To which Antonio was very apologetic, and took the extra off our bill with no quarrel. These things happen, so we will just our sanding blocks and gloss out to finish the job! Highly recommend this company if you want a professional finish and get the job done right. We will be sure to use again in the future, especially if we need a porch doing. Thank you very much.
