From initial contact through to someone after fitting questions the team at Rydale have been fantastically helpful in completely replacing the windows and doors in our home. The initial consultation and measure up was no-nonsense with none of the hard sell that you get from competitors. They listened to what we wanted, advised us on some matters we hadn't considered, and talked us through our options. They were up front and honest about costs with nothing hidden or extra. But for a few tweaks made by us, the first price was the agreed price, and in our experience, very competitive. Fitting dates were as promised, and fitters were polite, tidy and accommodating, not to mention efficient. All in all its been a really positive experience and I would recommend Rydales services without hesitation.
