Choices Windows

We have been waiting a year now, for Choices to come and resolve our issues with our windows. We have paid a premium price for a very poor service/product. We have contacted Choices at least a dozen times via telephone, we have wrote to them, our local MP has wrote to them, and as off yet noone has had the common courtesy to contact us, or come out to our property to resolve any of the issues we have complained about. All we have received is a letter in June 2014 to say that Choices have lodged several complaints with their glass supplier and will contact us once they can to resolve our issues. Its Feb 2015, and no-one has bothered to contact us at all. We have steamed windows inside the glass, damaged windows which were damaged by the fitters and one of them even fell off a ladder and scrapped our bay window and frame and damages it, moulding sealant as cheap sealant was used by the fitters, scratches on the glass and inside the glass, bits in the glass, plastering that the fitters did around the windows which is falling off etc. These are just some of the issues. Our family members have been threatened by members of this company and the Managing Director doesn't even have the common courtesy to contact us, to resolve our issues, or advise us that he is not going to resolve our issues and the reasons why, so that we can take the necessary court action. We have invited the MD through representatives of the company to come and visit our property on many occasions. As of yet he has not done this. Do not touch this company with a barge pole and if you are considering using this company, we kindly invite you to our property to review the work that has been carried out at our address! This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst company we have ever used, and this company has causes us considerable amounts of stress and anxiety.
