If you want to waste your time and money making phone calls and writing letters of complaint this is the company for you. I placed an order for a conservatory in Oct 2015, work commenced in Nov and was 'completed' in January. Nine months later we are still waiting for problems to be sorted out, letters sent are passed from one person to another,then I received a phone call to arrange a visit, the person failed to arrive. When I phoned to find out what had happened I was told by the person who was to make the visit that he had not written any details in his diary so had therefore forgot. Customer service appears to be none existant. While very disappointed with Choice I cannot fault the contractors who carried out the work. Main problem with Choice was wrong glass being ordered and lack of communication to rectify any problems.
