Please don't use this firm unless you want to loose your hard earned cash!!!! They quote for supply & fit and at the last minute separate contracts to supply only and fit & window surveying! They then misrepresent fitters to you and you are guided by them and it turns out that they employ unregistered FENSA/CERTASS subcontractors that wreck your property leaving you with glazing non compliant with building regulations. Please don't let them separate contracts and mislead you -if you decide to go with them and check persons are qualified! The product production is poor and no pride taken in finishing the windows and doors, quality of accessories fixtures is poor! When you raise concerns communication is poor and they chop and change their opinions and closure never happens. Have to assume because they busy dealing with vast numbers of complaints!!! I want to support my local businesses as a business owner- however, after the mess that this firm has left me with and £100s down in consequential losses- I'm going to stick with the competent- players in the market who take responsibility for their goods and services from start to finish. Don't be charmed and check your contract, check subcontractors registration - don't make any payments if you have any concerns! They take your money and that's all they want!!! Poor services levels, low or no communication- high turnover of staff all concerning internal factors which should warn consumers to think twice when selecting this firm! Directors please, please proof me wrong 16 months down the line so, that I can reflect and edit this review!!!!!
