Choices Windows

Used choices a few years ago , already had 6 windows replaced due to unit condensation , these were replaced over the years , we have another unit gone and have reported this over 13 weeks ago now , I understand that goods can go faulty which is not the main problem with this company , the problem is Brian , he is an absolute joke , doesn't reply , impossible to get hold of , I have emailed , rang various numbers , wrote letters , when he does get back it is always excuses and makes Promises that he doesn't fulfil , I have text proof of him saying when he is coming to view and never turns up , always different excuses , ok to take money but not rectify problems , always had good service when dealing with Nathan and Peter originally but this director brian is a complete liar and joke , do not know how the business is still going , will not even pass on Nathan's details , mr nathanbeddoes if you are reading this review please contact me , mr poole from tipton as Brian is a complete waste of space , all I am asking is to replace a faulty window under guarantee from your company and nothing else , I have been very patient but to be dealing with such a complete idiot as brian is frustrating . Brian i have given you enough opportunity to rectify and all I have asked is for you to turn up when YOU have said you are going to , I am sick of your excuses and lies , you are not replying again so if you don't want to speak then pass me on someone else's details as I am now taking the matter further
