June2015 Replacement windows fitted for the whole house including patio & front door by choices. The workmanship of the complete installation was appalling, I was assured by Brian Hunt that all the work would be rectified to my satisfaction, the patio window & front door had to be taken out & refitted. Still not happy with the rest of the installation. I was promised in writing by Nathan Beddows to refit bedroom windows & to be paid compensation, this never happened. The only option left was court action. I have in my possession an independent report on the installation & basically not one window is fitted to standard, certain windows need refitting including the patio. Needless to say on the day of the court case no one from choices turned up & judgment was made in my favour a full refund + costs. I am still awaiting the CCJ payment. It has taken over two years to get to this stage, is this the behaviour of a professional company or someone you would wish to do business with. Think very carefully before you place your trust or money in the hands of Nathan Beddows or Brian Hunt. Would certainly NOT recommend & not worthy of one star
